Approved a wireless interconnection and reciprocal compensation agreement for Fairpoint Communications Inc., SPRINT, NEXTEL and NPCR.

Approved the settlement in Dave Brestensky vs. Pittsburgh & Shawmut Railroad Co.

Adopted the ALJ initial decision dismissing the complaint in Kimberly Glombowski vs. UGI Penn Natural Gas; and dismissing the case in Robert Taylor vs. PA American Water Co.

Adopted a motion of Commissioner Gardner remanding to the Office of Administrative Law Judge the case in William J. Borlak vs. Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania Inc. and a motion of Chairman Cawley reversing the order of the ALJ, denying Knox’s preliminary objections, reinstating the formal complaint of William L. Jones and remanding back to the ALJ the case in William L. Jones vs. Knox Energy Cooperative.

Accepted the Distribution System Improvement Charge (DSIC) reconciliation statement of Newtown Artesian Water Co.; United Water Pennsylvania Inc.; Pennsylvania American Water Co.; York Water Co.; Columbia Water Co.; and Aqua Pennsylvania Inc.

Adopted a total resource cost (TRC) test to analyze the costs and benefits of energy efficiency and conservation (EE&C) plans submitted by EDCs as amended by a motion of Chairman Cawley.

Adopted the ALJ’s recommended decision approving the settlement without modification for the Borough of Camp Hill (Cumberland County) regarding the Pennsylvania American Water Co. increase in water pressure following main breaks.

Adopted a motion of Chairman Cawley regarding appointments to the Consumer Advisory Council.

Approved the application of Pennsylvania American Water Co. for approval of the right to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in a portion of Paint Township, Clarion County.
