Less than 20% of organization are ready to use in future but more than 50% have no Idea about use in near future.
Every person is not suitable for every job.
There is need of awareness towards psychometric tests through seminars and work shops.
HR professional must keep in touch with latest trends and fads in HR field.
Thomas profiling could be used in selecting specialization in Management colleges.
Free profiling could be way to realize its importance.
