Psychometrics in India is in nascent stage.

60% of HR professional of various organization are aware and only one fourth are using it.

Organization are satisfied by the results of psychometric Tests.

Less than 20% of organization are ready to use in future but more than 50% have no Idea about use in near future.

Every person is not suitable for every job.

HR professional must keep in touch with latest trends and fads in HR field.
