Member of small research team in current process of collaborating with St. Edward’s University to design an innovative program for nontraditional students enrolled in the New College Program. Research goal is to learn how to integrate institutional and co-curricular programs for this diverse population of students.

Introducing the New College Adult Concierge Model

“In the tourism industry a concierge is someone whose job is to help or assist people deal with problems, give information or

simply help someone enjoy their stay”

The NCAC is a unique service that offers a single point of contact for New College students at SEU.The concierge office for nontraditional students is designed to assist students with navigating the admissions and enrollment process, registration and academic advising while completing their degree.

Benefits• Eliminates the shuffle• Onsite transcript consultation• Commuter lounge• Weekend orientation• Located inside new Munday Library

FundingThrough an educational grant from the Lumina Foundation, a

private foundation dedicated to have 60% of the adult population armed with a college degree by 2025 the New College Concierge Program received a grant in the amount of $250,000.
