• You may have 20 minutes, you may have 2 hours. Know how long you can workout
• Know which days of the week you can workout
• Different workouts require different days to rest

• Don’t try to over do it early on!
• Doing to much can hurt your body
• Build up body over time and get steady results, not an injury

• Trust a trainer, they know how to get you results
• Working with a trainer also will help you prevent from giving up on the workout all together
• Ask questions and learn about exercises
