IntroductionDear Attendee,
I would like to thank you for attending the 9th Annual Human Assets Expansion Summit on May 14th and 15th 2014 at the Grosvenor House in Dubai.
This post-event report gives you an overview of the highlights -- as well as a breakdown of all attendees.
The 2-day summit was inaugurated by His Excellency Dr Omar Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary of Policies and Strategy at the Ministry of Labour UAE. Its format was designed for you to gain new HR strategies and insights from experts from a variety of industries.
The keynote addresses, workshops, interactive think tanks -- extended breaks and luncheons provided you with an opportunity to share experiences with your peers and hear best practices from the region.
Furthermore, the 6th Annual MENA HR Excellence Awards honoured individuals and organisations for their outstanding achievements during the past year.
On behalf of naseba, I want to express my gratitude to HE Dr Omar A Al Nuaimi, for being our guest of honour.
I would also like to thank you for your support and I look forward to hosting you at the next edition of the summit.

The summit gave us the opportunity to use the power of coming together to understand similar challenges that we’re facing and come up with solutions by
learning from each other. I think the openness and curiosity of my colleagues from various companies that participated was very energising and the topics were right on
in terms of what’s on our minds and our to-do-lists.
