Film Competition for Imaginary Film MusicOneofourassignmentsduringmythirdyearinMDAwastocreateashortfilmforacompetitioninJapantobedisplayedintheYCAMMuseumforits10thanniversary.IwasgiventhreesongsandIwastomakeafilmofwhatthesonginspiredme.ThesongIchosewasreallystrange,asIhearditIcouldimaginethecycleoflife,howweevolvefromaneggintofullygrownhumansuntilourbodiescantmakeitanymoreandhowwedon’trealizethattheearthwillkeepspinningnomatterwhat.Idecidedtoshowthiswithanalladobeaftereffectsanimation.
Curiosity Killed the Kitten VideoForthetermprojectwehadtodesignadrugawarenesscampaignforchildren.Iwentforabitofadarkconceptbuttheresultswhereamazing.ThisareframesfromthevideoIcreatedforitwithAfterEffects,GarageBandandIllustrator.
Puerto Banús, A Symbol Of LuxuryAtMDAwegotapproachedbyoneoftheboarddirectorsofPuertoJoseBanúsmostcommonlyknownasPuertoBanús,tofullyre-brandtheport.GiventhatitusedtobeknownasoneofthemostluxuriousportsinEuropeyearsagoanditsimagehasslowlystartedtofade.ThisprojectwaspromotedbytheAEPB,“AsociacióndeEmpresariosyProfesionalesdePuertoBanús”,aunionrepresentedbymorethan200businesses,shopsandprofessionalsinPuertoBanús.

La Bajadilla, New Port of MarbellaForthisprojectIhadtocreateageneraladvertisingcampaignforthenewportinMarbella,describedasthemostimportanturbandevelopmentofthecoast.Idecidedtogoforaheavenonearthideaandabitoffearformyadvertisingcampaign,lettingpeopleknowtheywouldn’tliketobethelastonestogo.
Arquetipe, Fragrance for MenThisonewasafunproject.Iwastocreatethelogo,bottleandpackagingfortwodifferentperfumes;bothformen,calledArquetipe.Thedesignsweremadeforbothclassicandmodernlook.ForthemodernlookIwentforsomethingveryplayfullikeanarmour,whilstfortheclassiclookItookinspirationfromJamesBondsinceIbelieveitsanimagemostmenwouldliketoliveupto.
Social Nut, A New Social NetworkForthisprojectIhadtocreatealogoforanewsocialnetwork,itsnamewasSocialNut.Nutstoodforcrazy,butidecidedtotakeanotherviewonitandplayedaroundwithcreaturesthatlovenuts.YesI’mtalkingaboutsquirrels.IincludedthebusinesscardIdesignedonmyowntime.
AlifeinMotionwasagroupprojectwithinteriordesigners.TheprojectwastocreateaneventsupposedtotakeplaceinMarbella.Wedecidedtocreatealifechangingevent,wheretheamountofjobsorqualificationsyou’vehadinyourlifeisnotyourexperience,buttheamountofthingsyou’velived.Eachpersonwouldbegivena“passport”andwouldreceivestampsforanyeventattended.Belowaretheinvitations,postersandsomeofthestamps.

Midnight Sketches and OthersMidnightSketchesisalittleprojectIstartedonmyown.IdecidedthateverynightaftermidnightIwouldtakeoutmysketchpadandapenandjustdrawwhatevercametomyheadatthemoment,asthenightswentbythesketchesstartedgettingmorecomplexandmyimaginationkeptrunning.AftereverythreenightsIwoulddedicatethenextthreenightstoeditingtheminadobePhotoshopandtheproductofthis,issomethingI’mreallyproudof.Someofthisillustrationswerepartofotherprojectconcepts,butI’msureyouwillbeabletotellthedifference.
Photography, Hobbies are ImportantIhavealwayslikephotography,butIneverthoughtofitasmyjob.Ilovetakingoutmycameraontripsandtakingpicturesofeverythingaroundme,althoughihavetoadmitanimalsareoneofmyfavoritethingstophotograph.I’vedonefromstudiotouncontrolledoutdoorphotographyandyes,itcanbeverytiringattimesbutwhenyoulovewhatyou’redoing,nothingcanstopyou!BelowarephotographsI’vetakenoverthepastfouryears.Someofthemhaveactuallybeenpublished.
