ADJUSTABLE SPANNER:

MATERIAL: CAST IRON

It is an adjustable wrench with a jaw of adjustable width,

allowing it to be used with different sizes of fastner head. It may also be

called as SHIFTING SPANNER, SHIFTER,FIT-ALL, CRESENT WRENCH or

ADJUSTABLE ANGLE HEAD WRENCH.

The movable jaw should be snugly adjusted to the nut or bolt in order to prevent rounding.

Invaluable in many phases of plumbing, chisels are particularly usefulfor work with cast-iron pipe and for clearing an area of masonry, oldmetal, or flooring before starting a repair job. Use flat-back chiselsfor fine cutting or shaving, and appropriate sizes and types for

woodwork when pipefitting. Never use chisels with split or mushroomedhandles.The most common and most important chisels are:Cold chisel: for cutting cold metal (best size, 3/4").Cape chisel: has narrow cutting edge for making grooves in cast iron.Picking chisel: for cleaning out caulked lead joints.

Brick chisel: for cutting through brick and masonry.Floor chisel: for cutting throughwood without splitting floorboards.

HACK SAW:

MATERIAL: MS STEEL

A hacksaw is a fine-tooth saw with a blade undertension in a frame,used for cutting materials such as metal or bone.Hand-held hacksawsconsist of a metal arch with a handle, usually apistol grip, with pins

for attaching a narrow disposable blade. A screwor other mechanism isused to put the thin blade under tension. Theblade can be mounted withthe teeth facing toward or away from the handle,resulting in cuttingaction on either the push or pull stroke. On the

push stroke, the archwill flex slightly, decreasing the tension on theblade.

It is used to cut pipes in the size required.

The blades of Hack saw can be changed.

As it is very Sharp pipes can be cut easily

SLEDGE HAMMER:

Hammer is used to to fix nails

in the walls or breaking down

some part of the wall.

A 1 1/2" lb. machinist'shammer will do most average

jobs. It should becase-hardened and have aflat face for striking. A slightlylighter

hammer is needed forcaulking work.

They are used for terminating any size of cables, electrical switching equipments,where heavy vibration is critical.Inspection holes are also provided which facilitate fullinsertion of the conductor. The terminals are tin plated to avoid oxidization and achievemaximum corrosion protection

Brass lugs, copper terminal plates, copper brass lugs and brass terminal plates aremanufactured with Copper and Zinc in the ratio of 85:15.
