1. Inserire la cartuccia (4) nelle apposite sedi all’interno del corpo filtro (3);2. Inserire la guarnizione (7) sul tappo (8);3. Adagiare il tappo (8) sul corpo (3);4. Stringere il tappo e il corpo mediante la ghiera (9) con l’ausilio di una chiave a nastro o mediante la fascia metallica (9.1);5. Per il controllo della pressione in entrata e in uscita utilizzare due manometri (1) opzionali, da inserire negli appositi adattatori forniti a corredo (2).

1. Insert the cartridge (4) in the proper seat inside the body (3);2. Insert the o-ring (7) on the cap (8);3. Put down the cap(8) with care on the body (3);4. Tighten the cap screwing the nut (9) by a strap wrench or using the stainless steel clamp (9.1);5. Use two manometers (1) optional - to be connected to the adaptors (2) to control the inlet and outlet pressure.

1. Encajar el cartucho(4) en los asientos apropiados dentro del cuerpo del filtro (3);2. Encajar la junta tórica (7)en el tapón (8);3. Poner el tapón(8) sobre el cuerpo (3);4. Apretar el tapón y el cuerpo por medio de la tuerca(9) utilisando una llave universal o por medio de la abrasadera metálica (9.1);5. Para controlar la presión en entrada y salida, utilizar dos manometros (1 optional) de ponerse por medio de los adaptadores suministrados (2).

I filtri a dischi Plastica ALFA sono anche dotati di un sistema che trasferisce all'acqua un movimento

elicoidale, il nuovo Sistema VORTIX, che convoglia le impurità sulle pareti del filtro permettendo così di

ridurre notevolmente il numero di lavaggi e quindi il consumo di acqua e di energia.

Plastica Alfa disk filters are also provided with a device causing an helical movement of the water, the

new Vortix system that makes the impurities deposit on the inside wall of the filter reducing this way the

number of washings and consequently the waste of water and energy.

Ai fini di una maggiore resa, è consigliabile utilizzare più idrocicloni in batteria piuttosto che utilizzarne uno o due di maggiore portata ma minore capacità filtrante. A tale proposito la leggerezza e maneggevolezza del filtro costituiscono un ulteriore vantaggio poiché permettono di movimentare, montare e smontare gli apparati filtranti con facilità e rapidità.Il filtro IDROCICLONE ALFA TURBO, che inizialmente sarà presentato nella versione ø 2”, è disponibile con vari tipi di collegamento alla rete: raccordi ALFARAPID di tipo victaulic, raccordi filettati BSP o NPT, raccordi a compressione e flangiati, tutti prodotti da Plastica Alfa con standard di qualità europei e materiali innovativi di prima qualità.La Plastica Alfa s.rl. ha intrapreso l'iter per ottenere il brevetto internazionale sul filtro IDROCICLONE ALFA TURBO che è pertanto protetto contro ogni tentativo di imitazione e contraffazione.

In this case its low weight and easy handling represent a further advantage since it becomes very easy and quick to handle, assemble and disassemble the filtering units.The sand separator HYDROCYCLONE ALFA TURBO, initially presented in the size ø2, is available with different types of connection to the main line: Alfarapid fittings type Victaulic, BSP and NPT threaded fittings, compression and flanged fittings, all manufactured by Plastica Alfa following the European standards and using high quality materials.The new sand separator HYDROCYCLONE ALFA TURBO is now patent pending in order to prevent any attempt of imitation.

Inserire completamente la guarnizione come mostrato in figura 2.

Push the gasket completely onto tne grooved connection as showed in picture 2.

Insérer complètement le joint en caoutchouc comme montré en photo 2.

Encajar la junta completamente en la conexión como se vee en la figura 2.

Appoggiare il raccordo da accoppiare e spingere la guarnizione posizionandola al centro

delle due scanalature.

Pull the gasket against the grooved fitting to assemble positioning it in the centre of the two grooves

.Appuyer le raccord à accoupler et pousser le joint en

caoutchouc en la positionnant au centre des deux rainures.

Empujar la junta hacia el racor a conectar y ponerla en el centro de las dos ranuras.

Montare il giunto e inserire i bulloni nelle apposite sedi.

Assemble the clamp joint and insert the bolts in the proper seats.

Monter le joint et insérer les boulons dans les spéciales logements.

Instalar el acople e inserir los tornillos

Stringere i bulloni. Non serve forzare. Il raccordo è pronto per il successivo accoppiamento.

Tighten the nuts. No need to force. The fitting is ready.

Serrer les boulons complètement. Il ne faut pas forcer. Le raccord est prêt pour l'accouplement suivant.

Apretar lar tuercas. No es necesario forzar. El acople es listo.
