    P.F. (Employee Provident Fund and Misc. Provision Act, 1952).

    APPLICABILITY-

    Establishment which is factory engaged in any industry specified in Schedule1 and in which 20 or more persons are employed.Any other establishment employing 20 or more persons which CentralGovernment may by notification, specify in this behalf.Any establishment employing even less than 20 persons can be coveredvoluntarily under section 1(4) of the act.

    Registering an establishment/factory under the Employees' Provident Fund Act and obtaining the CodeNumber

    Nomination & Declaration Forms in Form No. 2 (Revised) of the new employees. Form No. 9 (Revised) Form No. 11(Revised). Form No. 5A (Return of ownership) Form No. 12-A (Monthly Return) Form No. 5 Form No. 10

    Form No. 3-A (Monthly Contribution of the employees) Form No. 6-A (Annual Return) Bank Reconciliation. Monthly PF Challan Preparation of Form 7(IF) Assist in preparation of PF withdrawal Forms (19, 10C/10D) and settling their claims. Assist in transfer of PF accumulation (Form 13) from one region to another. Eligibility Register Data in Foxpro +DBF Database File format in Floppy as per the latest requirement of the

    R.P.F.C. Attend PF inspector for inspection of records, appearing before the concerned authorities on

    behalf of the employer in 7-A proceedings under EPF Act. Correspondence/Liaison with P.F Department.

    ESI ACT (Employees State Insurance Act, 1948)

    Online date entry of the Insured Persons Scanning of Individual/Family Photographs and Signatures of the

    Insured person and uploading it for obtaining ESI Numbers Online Temporary Identity Card (TIC) Printing Obtaining Permanent Identity Card (PIC) from the ESI Branch office.

    Form No. 3 (Regulation 14) Form No. 01-A (Annual Return) Monthly ESI Challan. Correspondence/Liaison with ESI Department. Information with regard to any amendment/changes in the act will be

    informed immediately

    Factory Act, 1948.

    APPLICABILITY-

    It applies to factories covered under the Factories Act, 1948. The industries in which

    ten (10) or more than ten workers are employed on any day of the preceding twelvemonths and are engaged in manufacturing process being carried out with the aid of power or twenty or more than twenty workers are employed in manufacturingprocess being carried out without the aid of power, are covered under theprovisions of this Act.

    Factory Registration and obtaining Factory License from the Department. Maintenance andsubmission of the following statutory Records / Returns etc. under Factories act, 1948

    Report of Examination of Vessels in From 8 (Annual). Report of Hoist of Lifts in From No. 7B (Annual). Testing & Examination of pressure vessel in From No. 8 in respect of steam

    Generator / Steam Presses. (Annual).

    Labor Contact Act

    APPLICABILITY

    Every establishment in which 20 more workmen are employed or whereemployed on any day of the preceding twelve months as contract labor.

    Every contractor who employs or who employed on any day of the precedingtwelve months 20 or more workmen {Section 1}

    Registration under contact Act. Amendment /Renewal Register of contract. Register of person employee. Employment Card. Registers of Fines/Advance/Ded/O.T. Wages Slip. Half yearly returns. Guidance to latest rules and Amendments in contract Labor Act.

    Bonus Act.

    APPLICABILITY OF ACT : Every factory where in 10 or more persons are employed with the aid of power or an establishment in which 20 or more persons are employedwithout the aid of power on any day during an accounting year

    Maintenance of Registers and Records etc

    Maintenance of Registers A, B & C. Arranging assessment under Bonus Act. Guidance to latest amendments in Bonus Act.

    Gratuity Act 1972.

    APPLICABILITY OF ACT :

    every shop or establishment within the meaning of any law for the time beingin force in relation to shops and establishments in a State, in which ten ormore persons are employed, or were employed, on any day of the precedingtwelve months;

    Working out Gratuity of employee at the time of resignation/ retirement. Guidance for taking up Gratuity scheme as per the requirement of the

    Gratuity Act.

    Labor Welfare Fund Act.

    Maintenance of registers and records Register of wages Register of unpaid accommodation Submission of return. Guidance to latest amendments in Labor welfare Act.
