Personalize Lorenzo Landing Page The instructions within this QRG include step on how to:
Set the Default my Work Start-up Area
Set Default EPR Tab
How to personalize Lorenzo Landing Page
1. Click on Standard Lorenzo from the action pane
2. Click on Manage my profile
3. Click on My Settings
4. Click on Profile Category
5. Click on Application settings
6. Click on UserCofig (Instance/HO/Role/User)
7. Click on the SFS Button
8. To select e.g the Inpatient Pegboard, Search
inpatient% in the Name field. % is a wild card in
Lorenzo
9. Click on find
10. Select VW inpatient 11. Click Select
You can have you landing page opening on the page you use the most.
For example:
Inpatient Pegboard
Emergency Pegboard
Clinic Pegboard
12. Click on Save
To Set default tab EPR
1. Click on EPR View
2. Click on Display configuration
3. Click on Display Configuration
Now that you have personalised Lorenzo to open up on the page you use the most, the next thing that can be done is to set a default tab.
What does this mean?
When a patient is selected from the Pegboard and you click to access the Patient’s electronic patient record (EPR), it will open on the Tab that you use the most. For example:
o Clinical Charts
o Health Issues
o General Details
4. The screen below will load. Select the required
EPR Tab
5. Select the default EPR tab view from the
dropdown list
6. To set a default EPR view
7. If Clinical Chart was selected
8. From the drop down menu, select Chart View
Clinical Chart
9. Click on Save
To set a default EPR view
For example:
Clinical Charts - Chart View Clinical Chart
Health Issues - Alerts Health Issues
Maternity - Antenatal Maternity
