7/16 ELEMENTS OF EXECUTION PLANNING

COG1 will coordinate with the planning and design team by

providing information relevant to architectural and engineering

works that need to be incorporated into the design (e.g. existing

location of tapping points for water supply, sewers, power

supply, actual survey data).

COG1 will also provide the planning and design team with local

regulatory requirements such as those of local utility providers

and local government unit (LGU) that will affect the building

services design.

7/16 ELEMENTS OF EXECUTION PLANNING

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING• Bored piles, pile caps, mat footings and columns will

be modelled using BIM software to eliminate conflicts and

ensure correct calumniation.

• MEPFS will be modelled also using BIM software to

eliminate conflicts/clashes such as Electrical

pipes, Plumbing/Sanitary pipes and Mechanical ducting.

BUILDABILITY, VALUE ENGINEERING & INNOVATIONBUILDABILITY, VALUE ENGINEERING & INNOVATIONReview of the design as to buildability and efficiency, with

careful analysis on the compatibility of the design with

structural, architectural and building services.

Apply value engineering with innovative construction

methodologies not just to lessen cost but to expedite

completion of the project
