Epinephrine 0.01 mg/kg of 1:10,000 (0.1 ml/kg)
Epinephrine 0.01 mg/kg 1:1,000 IM (anaphalaxis)
Adenosine 0.1 mg/kg
Atropine 0.02 mg/kg IVP
Sodium Bicarbonate 4.2% 1mEq
Normal Saline bolus of 20 ml/kg
Ondansetron 0.1 mg/kg
Dextrose 25% IVP 0.5 grams/kg (Less than 10 kg).
Dextrose 50% 0.5 grams/kg IVP (Greater than 10 kg).Refer to broselow tape or pediatric wheel as well!

Glucagon 0.025 mg/kg IM.
Diphenhydramine 1-2 mg/kg
Methylprednisolone, 1 mg/kg IV
Racemic Epinephrine 11.25 mg in 2.5 ml saline nebulized
Morphine Sulfate 0.1 mg/kg SIVP/IM/IO, not to exceed 10 mg per dose For patients weighing less than 25 kg, dilute with 1 ml of NS to 1 mg of Morphine Sulfate.
Fentanyl 1 mcg/kg, SIVP/IM/IO. For patients weighing less than 25 kg, dilute 2 ml of Fentanyl with 8 ml of NS, which gives a concentration of 10 mcg/ml
