This guide contains information for guests with additional needs to have a safe fun filled day at the Resort. Ride restrictions applicable to all guests can be found in our Resort guide. ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE This policy is designed to assist guests with disabilities, ensuring you have a safe fun filled day and the right expectation of our attractions. Certain rides and attractions in our Resort can be physically demanding and vigorous. Your health and safety is our number one priority, therefore we reserve the right to refuse admission to certain rides should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual for any reason. We have been advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination. PARK FACILITIES GUEST SERVICES Located in The Beginning, the team are happy to help plan your visit and will also be able to assist should you have any queries throughout the day. RIDE ACCESS PASS HUB Located in the Beginning, the team will be able to assist with your Ride Access Pass. CHANGING PLACES Located in Heartlake City. Provides a hoist, a height adjustable bench and a toilet and can be accessed with a RADAR key. FIRST AID CENTRE Located in Heartlake City. First Aid can provide medical assistance and cold medicine storage. They also will be able to assist with heating food and have a hoist and height adjustable bed. SENSORY ROOM Located in Heartlake City, with vibrating bean bags, soft seating, interactive projections, bubble tubes, infinity tunnels, tactile panels, and soft lighting, all designed to create a calm space to relax in for those who need it. TOILETS All toilet blocks have a disabled toilet which can be accessed with a RADAR key. HEARING LOOP Mobile units are available to use at key points across the Resort. Please speak to a member of the Guest Services team who would be happy to provide additional assistance. NAVIGATING THE RESORT PATHWAYS All main pathways are wheelchair accessible. Please note: motorised wheelchair users are advised against using the pathway between Spinning Spider and The Beginning due to its gradient and should use either the Hill Train or the route through Imagination. HILL TRAIN In the event The Hill Train is out of operation, a member of the Guest Services or First Aid team would be happy to assist with travel up or down the hill. *Upper body control: Guest must be able to brace against the ride forces with arms and transfer from/to a wheelchair unassisted if required.

**Lower body control: Guest must be able to brace against the ride forces with their legs.

***Required to walk unaided: Guest must be able to walk at least 10 metres without the assistance of a mobility aid or person to access the ride unit which may include navigating stairs. In the event of emergency you will be required to walk down up to 80 stairs and walk 50metres over uneven surface without assistance.

****Required to sit upright unaided: Guest must be able to sit upright without assistance from another guest for the duration of the ride cycle.

*****Fully wheelchair accessible: Attraction is fully wheelchair accessible. Be aware some attractions may have limited space for wheelchairs and there may be a short wait until access is authorised. Please arrive at least 15 mins earlier to our shows so the team can assist.

RIDE RESTRICTIONSThis guide contains extra information that may be relevant to guests with additional needs or disabilities, and it is in addition to general ride restrictions (including height, size and loose item restrictions) that are applicable to all guests. These are detailed on information boards at the entrance to the ride queues, and it is the responsibility of all guests to check.
