CANCELLATION POLICY

BAR OPTIONS

• CASH BAR: Any alcoholic beverage ordered by a guest is on the individual guest’s separate tab.

• HOST (CONSUMPTION BAR): Guests may order any alcoholic beverage, which is put on host’s tab.

• OPEN BAR:

The bar is paid for by the host based on a per person charge. The guests have unlimited bar service during that time period.

DECORATIONS

All groups reserving as a private party must use one of our party menus. As an alternative to a seated event, we do do o�er a heavy hors d'oeuvres menu. No outside food or beverage, with the exception of a professionally prepared special occasion cake, may be brought onto the property. All food and beverage prices are subject to 18% gratuity and 2 % service fee and applicable VA state and local taxes.

Group parties receive 3 hours of time. Access is available one hour prior to the event start time for set-up and delivery. All personal items and equipment should be removed within thirty minutes a�er the event’s contracted ending time.

Group Dining Lunch �xed price menus are available for groups of 16 to 30 guests. Guests may be seated and served at tables of 8 to 10 guests each. No food preorder or paid deposit required. Nonalcoholic beverages are included. Alcoholic beverages available on host consumption (per drink) or individual guest basis.

GROUP PARTIES AT CASA DEL BARCO

All deposits are non-refundable. Depending on cancellation date, liquidation damages may apply on estimated revenue or food and beverage minimum.

We o�er several di�erent ways to customize your party bar:

All decorating must comply with local health and safety codes, and should be preapproved by Casa del Barco. We do not allow the use of confe�i or gli�er, and ask that nothing be taped, tacked, or nailed to any surface. You have access to the property for set-up one hour prior to the event start time. Additional set-up time $200/hour based on availability.

CONTACT FOR THE PARTYTo make your party planning experience a li�le easier, we recommend having just one person to act as the contact for Casa del Barco event sta�. This person should be listed on the contract as the contact for the party. This is the one person who will have the authority to make changes to the menu and provide the guaranteed guest count.

GROUP LUNCHES

Deposit:Payment of the location fee andcompletion of a reservation contract arerequired to reserve the restaurant.

Guaranteed Guest Count Con�rmation:Final guaranteed guest count and �nalpayment are due 14 days prior to event.

LA GALERÍAThe roo�op tequileria features a private bar, lounge seating and cocktail tables. Sliding glass doors fully open to bring the outdoors in. La Galería can accommodate up to 75 guests indoors and up to 100 with the outdoor patio space. Private parties in La Galería are 3 hours long. This second �oor space is walk-up only. The following food and beverage minimum purchase requirement apply:

Sunday-Thursday: $2000Friday and Saturday evenings: $2500Daytime events, ending by 3pm: $1000

December: Sunday-Thursday: $2500Friday and Saturday evenings: $3500Daytime events, ending by 3pm: $1500

Deposit:Payment of a $500 deposit and completion of a reservation contrat are required to reserve La Galería.

Guaranteed Guest Count Con�rmation:A �nal, guaranteed, guest count is required seven days prior to the event date and time.

A restaurant buyout gives guests exclusive access to the entire restaurant, bar and second �oor tequileria La Galería for a 4-hour party. The restaurant can accommodate up to 300 guests for a limited seating hors d’oeuvres party. A $500 location fee and the following food and beverage minimum purchase requirement applies:

January - April:Friday and Saturday evenings: $17,500Sunday - Thursday evenings: $14,000Daytime, ending by 3pm: $6000

May - October:Friday and Saturday evenings: $20,000Sunday - Thursday evenings: $15,000Daytime, ending by 3pm: $7,500

December:Friday and Saturday evenings: $25,000Sunday - Thursday evenings: $17,500Daytime, ending by 3pm: $10,000

Casa del Barco at Short Pump Town Center can accommodate up to 44 guests for a seated lunch, and up to 32 for a bu�et.

RESTAURANT BUYOUT

Deposit:Payment of a $200 deposit and completion of a reservation contract are required to reserve the space.

Guaranteed Guest Count and Con�rmation:A �nal, guaranteed, guest count is required sever days prior to the event date and time.

BAR GROUPSThe bar at Casa del Barco is �rst come, �rst serve. We can hold a part of the bar for your group as long as they arrive by 5:30pm. A�er 5:30pm, the space will be released. Advance reservation required.
