Click “Go to Product Cloud” in the introduction page and authorizes the login by clicking Allow

Login to Partner Portal and click Join more Trend Micro Partner Programs under Partner Program


Click the button Managed Service Providers


Accept the MSP Terms & Conditions


Fill-in the MSP Application Form and Click Submit


System shows you have registered successfully and you will receive the Notification Email


Market Development Funds (MDF)


Login to Partner Portal and click Market Development Funds under Marketing tab


You can contact your Channel Account Manager or support team to apply the funds

Login to Partner Portal and click Specialization Training under Education


For the first time enroll, please go to Education Portal first for the one time registration


Choose training courses for different Specialization under each tab


Click Register to Enroll the Courses


Register successfully and redirect to Education Portal

Company Profile & User ProfileCompany Profile:• Primary Contact can update company information• Download Partner logo and Certifications• View training records of employees

User Profile:• Self-update contact information• Change Partner Portal password• View training records


Login to Partner Portal and click Company Profile on the upper right corner


If you are the Primary Contact of your company, you are able to edit the company information by clicking Edit button on the page

Download the Renewal Report – Request Folder Password
