Furthermore we'll dive into the state of the world, what's at stake, the future of global business for small(er) entrepreneurs. Discover what makes you attractive to follow or not (yet). !We'll also dive into swarming and the lessons of Bees and Ants for human enterprise and team organization. And we'll find out what Improvisational Choir Singing has to do with it. We'll also find out how to use and understand the power of our weaknesses and, instead of fighting them, let them work for us. Be prepared to have some 'realities' challenged. Learn to unblock yourself from wrestling with your weaknesses and how to reframe them strengths. Play with transforming your weakness into a strength right away and show your new gifts to the world.

One, usually, is not very much focused on understanding why is chatting all the time with the inner part of himself, celebrating nothing out of nothing and on the other ones or on things that have done or believed from the mass; he does not understand that there is a specific cause to his behavior and his behavior is actually very unusual when compared to its real potential "to be" human. It is a general condition, a collective dream, a mass hallucination, produced by shared ideas and common.We can even call that a CULTURE!
