Why CMEP

The main objective of organizing the course is to enhance professional skills through practical trainings in processes/practices for continuous improvement leading to manufacturing excellence. Through this course the employees can develop and enhance their hands-on professional skills so that they can drive and sustain the Kaizen principles in their organiza-tion. Not only the employees lack the desired technical skills but also there is a gap felt in supervisory and leadership skills which are required to be competitive in today’s world of globalization. This is where this course will help the professionals to hone their skills and adopt practices that would result in continuous improvement. There is a huge skill deficit in India in manufacturing.
