Shaik Akram, 27yrs, who was suffering from Bilateral Lower Limb Ischemia, thrombosis and was operated by Dr P. C. Gupta Endo Vascular Surgeon at Care Hospital, HHF has sponsored the surgery courtesy our donors and this young man now is discharged and stable.

BURN CASE SUPPORTED BY HHF

Mr. Nitish a 27 yr old adivasi from Adilabad was rescued from Gandhi Hospital after he was left un attended for 5 days – HHF got this surgery done at Aakar Asha Hospital and you can see in the picture above the band around the neck has been released by the Plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr Bharatendu Swain.

UROLOGY EMERGENCY SURGERIES

Master. Mohammed Imran , 7yrs, He was suffering from Pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction (PUJ) and the surgery Pyeloplasty + DJ Stenting has been done by Dr. S. Bhargava Reddy at Ramayya Pramilla Urology Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 50,000/-

Mr. Abdul Jamil 52 yrs, He is a Refugee from Burma was suffering from Renal Calculus which was obstructing in the pelvic region and the surgery Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) has been done by Dr. S. Bhargava Reddy at Ramayya Pramilla Urology Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 50,000/-

HIP JOINT REPLACEMENTS

Mr. Venkata Chary, 41yrs, was suffering from Left Hip Avascular Necrosis, a Total Hip Replacement of Left Hip Joint has been done by Dr. Thimma Reddy at Osmania General Hospital. HHF has paid Rs. 35,000/- towards Uncemented Imported Implant

Mr. T. Nagesh, 35yrs, was suffering from Bilateral femoral head Avascular Necrosis, a Total Hip Replacement of Left Hip Joint has been done by Dr. Ravindarnath at Govt. T.B. Hospital. HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/- towards Uncemented Implant

ELECTIVE SURGERIES

Master. Mohammed Fayyaz, 12yrs, He is a old RTA Case and required Implant Removal procedure, the surgery has been performed by an Orthopedic Surgeon at RAYS Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 15,000/-

Mr. Mohammed Jamshed, 38yrs, He is suffering from Bilateral Hydronephrosis with mass lesion for which surgery bilateral incision of ureterocele and TURP - Transurethral resection of the prostate has done by a Urologist at Goodwill Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-

EYE CATARACT SURGERIES

Mrs. Ruqayya Begum, 69yrs, She was suffering from left eye cataract for which surgery Phacimulsification with IOL Implantation done by Kishore Chand Chordia Eye Centre, HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Mr. Abdul Jabbar, 55yrs, was suffering from left eye cataract for which surgery Phacimulsification with IOL Implantation done by Dr. Altaf Akbar at Akbar Eye Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 15,000/-

HEARING AID PROVIDED TO THE DISABLED

Ms. Shireen Begum, 17yrs, She is suffering from Bilateral Hearing Loss and after evaluation, our Panel ENT Surgeon has advised to use of Amplifications. HHF has provided her a pair of Hearing Aid , cost Rs. 30,000/-

Mr. Rajender, 20yrs, He is suffering from Bilateral Hearing Loss and after evaluation our Panel ENT Surgeon has advised to use of Amplifications. HHF has supported him partly to procure Hearing Aid , cost Rs. 20,000/-

SUPPORT TO CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE

Mrs. Rayees Unissa Begum, 40yrs, She is suffering from Renal Failure and she is on dialysis and required AV Fistula, the procedure has been done by Dr. P.C. Gupta at Care Hospital. HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-

Mrs. Shehran Banu, 50yrs, She is suffering from Renal Failure and she is on dialysis and required AV Fistula, the procedure has been done by Dr. P.C. Gupta at Care Hospital. HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

OBITUARY

Mr. Yakub Hussain, 25yrs, who underwent Renal Transplant was on Medical Management since 5months, but unfortunately he died on 31st Aug’16 at his home.

Mrs. Fouzia Begum, 22yrs, She was suffering from Tuberculosis with one lung collapsed – she was admitted in Hospital under Critical Care Unit for Medical Management but died on 24th Aug’16 at Hospital Premises
