BOG/19/2018/10 To accord approval for revision ofpay of Faculty and Scientific/ DesignStaff and Non Teaching Staff inCentrally Funded TechnicalInstitutions (CFTIs) following the payrevision of the Central Governmentemployees on the recommendationon 7th Central Pay Commission (7thCPC).

The Board of Governors approved, to adopt thefollowing:-1. Implement the instructions of the MHRD for

revision of pay as per 7th CPCrecommendationsin relevant Level and Cell together with theapplicable allowance including salaries andarrears to all eligible Faculty and Staff by takingthe undertaking from every beneficiary.

2. The pay fixation of all the regular Faculty and staffalong with the arrears, to communicate the sameto the MHRDfor financial assistance.

BOG/19/2018/11 To accord approval of Separate AuditReport (SAR), Annual Accounts andAnnual Report for the financial year2016-17.

The Board of Governors approved the "Separate AuditReport" and expressed its satisfaction on the sameand suggested that the Institute should also look intothe existing provisions of the lease of the present landallotted by the DDA,and to get the land free hold. TheBoard of Governors approved the Separate AuditReport (SAR),Annual Accounts and Annual Report forthe Financial Year 2016-17.

The members of Board of Governors visited thepermanent site of the campus to take update of theongoing construction activities. The members tooknote of the progress of construction work of MiniCampus, Start-up Centre, Play Ground andAdministrative Block and expressed their satisfaction.The Board placed on record the continuous efforts ofthe Director NIT Delhi for speedy progress of theconstruction activities.
