COLOUR THEME AND TONE

There is no current music video for this song which gives me a lot of space to come up with my own ideas. The only artwork affiliated with the song is this single cover. The use of oranges and natural lighting matches the very upbeat and happy tone of the song. I want to use these types of colours in my video, whether they are there when I film or whether I have to add them in when editing. I can alter the contrast and warmth of the video which will give it a nice warm hearted feel.The characters in the video will also reflect this bright mood by acting happy and in love.

COSTUMEThe costume needs to be trendy and fashionable in order to fit in the conventions of a pop music video.I also want them to be brightly/darkly coloured.

BEGINNING - MONTAGE-Gets Maquette out of a box full of tissue paper, she laughs.

-Personalises it, drawing a face or sticking on a quiff to resemble the appearance of the boy to make it obvious that the maquette is intended to be the boy.

-Shots of her making cardboard props.

-Turns on the lights to make it like a photo shoot.

-Moves the doll in a certain way then cuts to a shot of the boy moving in the same way and being really confused, in time with the beat.

-Puts it in funny positions, then cuts to the boy in that position and quickly getting out of it out of embarrassment.

-Shots of her making the backgrounds and propping them up against her bed.

-More shots of the boy being confused and worryingly awaiting her next move.

-Cuts to boy stood outside of a shop with loads of shopping bags full of shopping. Dressed in trendy clothes
