Worked with children & with special needs children one on one, evaluated skills, taught all subjects, maintained quarterly reports, motivated children, prepared lesson plans, brought teen skills up and she then graduated 3rd in her public school class, also substituted at public schools with special needs/ autistic children & grades 1-3 , developed programs for special needs child - IEP’s to accelerate his learning – he was failing and, after our tutoring sessions, he was getting A’s and received the award for most improved in Social Studies at Burlington Junior High School.
