Theme: Next week we will be talking about being healthy. We will discuss the food pyramid and good nutrition. We will also discuss healthy teeth.

Classroom News100 Days of School- We have seen some really creative

“100 Day “ posters coming in! I can’t wait to get them hung up for all to see! Our 100 Day celebration is a super fun day for the kids to do all kinds of exciting projects centered around the # 100!!. Catholic Schools Week- Please be sure to check your “Catholic Schools Week” flyer that came home in your child’s “Tuesday Folder”. It lists all the different activities that are taking place starting the week of January 29-Feb. 3rd. Some of them include specific clothing options. Please look it over! Also, remember that we are collecting “fuzzy socks” for Mattea’s Joy. Your child will also need to bring in $$$ if they want to “Tape Mrs. Gernon to the Wall” to raise funds for Mattea’s Joy Organization.

“Cookie The Bear”- Cookie was very forgetful andcan’t seem to remember whose house he left his PINK BALLET SHOE and LEATHER LACROSSE BALL at. If you could please look around you houses for these items it would be greatly appreciated.

“Storybots”-In your child’s folder you should have each received an invitation for the “Storybots” website. This website has lots of fun educational games for kids. It ask

you to add a photo of your child. By doing this, the games that we play in class will incorporate a picture of your child into that game. Your
