We understood quickly the real benefits of the

programme

Really impressive achievement in short space which is good.

Great personal development

Difficult in first 2 days with wide range of experience – maybe

need some pre read on active listening/ open questions to get base

standard

practice and feedback. Personal dynamics created among mentors.

What can we do to improve the programme?

There is nothing specific about the programme but I think the

selection and preparation of the mentees is critically important.

Fewer acronyms and slightly less documentation. Create time for the

mentors to regroup.
