ENTREPRENEUR/SME MENTORING PROGRAMMEWHO SHOULD APPLY?
Start up commercial and social entrepreneurs (which havebeen operating for at least 1 year) Business leaders of small sized companies Business leaders of medium sized companies Business leaders within family businesses
ENTREPRENEUR APPLICATION CRITERIA
Developed business with a structure, secured fundingand vision Trading for at least a year Personal qualities of leadership Commitment to owning and driving the mentoringrelationship for one year (minimum of 2 hours per month plus the initial 2-day Kickstart workshop) Willingness to take part in regular monitoring and pass thephilosophy and benefits of mentoring on Understanding of the Programme and Mowgli Mentoring

THE PROGRAMMEThe 12-month programme starts with an intensive 2-day residential Kickstart workshop, where you’ll learn, build relationships, meet other budding entrepreneurs and connect with mentors before being matched with one for a yearlong programme of mutual growth and development.
Together, you’ll develop a framework that will form the basis of your mentoring relationship.
