Humulus Lupulus One of the 4 key raw materials used in beer, hops provide the brewer with many functional benefits;bitterness, aroma, flavour, mouth feel, foam stability and microbial stability all come from components of the hop cone.

The HopInspiration® range from Totally Natural Solutions provides natural hop products for brewing. Our hop products ensure flavour consistency, and deliver intense, hoppy aroma in a convenient and reproducible way, improving efficiency and giving cost savings.

Made using the highest quality hop cones, produced without the use of solvents or addition of flavour boosting chemicals, they offer a (totally) natural solution for your late and dry hop additions.

Totally Natural Solutions® are specialists in the extraction of natural hop aromas and flavours.

The HopInspiration® range offers brewers natural hop extracts for late and dry hopping, to complement or replace the use of hop cones and pellets. Bittering extracts and specialist natural botanical extracts for brewing applications are also available.

Totally Natural Solutions offer the brewer HopInspiration® to deliver consistent, intense hop aroma and flavour. Hop bittering extracts can also be added to provide reproducible bittering.

HopInspiration® begins by selecting the highest quality hop cones and extracting the essential oil by distillation. Key hop oil components are then separated and provided as a standardised soluble liquid solution.

HopInspiration provides late and dry hop extracts, added post fermentation to the beer stream to deliver consistent, intense hop aroma and flavour.

Green and Clean

We use only the highest quality hop cones to ensure we produce the best quality extracts for our customers. Our extraction technologies are green and clean. During traditional methods of brewing, the key components of aroma and flavour can be lost. These volatile oils are essential in providing the characteristics of each and every beer.

We have developed new techniques to ensure that these flavour and aroma-rich oils are captured – enabling us to create innovative hopping solutions for our customers.

Hop oils are highly complex and contain over 1,000 different components. Having captured the oils from the lupulin glands we can give you the whole hop character of a specific variety or can fractionate the oils to give you distinct flavours and aromas.

If you were to add the hop oil directly into beer it just wouldn’t work, so our highly skilled production team blend and package these components to create our usable, brewer-friendly product range.

Totally Natural Solutions have developed highly concentrated hop oil extracts, delivering late and dry hop aroma and flavour for beer. Developed with brewers to make “hopping” easier, more consistent and flexible, the hop products are made from quality hop pellets, using our patented extraction processes.

HopBurst contains a varietal hop oil to deliver an intense ‘burst’ of dry hop aroma. Added post fermentation to the beer, the product offers soluble hop aroma without the manual handling and beer loss issues of using hop cones or pellets.

Getting Started

To enjoy your HopInspiration®, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3

Taste and adjust as necessary, for your beer style, then progress to

small batch brew trial with your chosen formulation.

3Dose base beer with selected product at a

recommended starting range of 10-20g/hl

equivalent. Leave for 2 hours minimum.
