Thank you for your patience as we continue to perfect our drop off & pick up process and timing. This week certainly is going faster than last week. Please remember if you are using the parent pick up/drop off lines: Drop off: • If you have a 5K child that needs extra assistance getting out of the car in the morning, please park in the west lot & walk your

child up to the cones by the North Door. They can enter the North Door from there. Please exit back into the car line and out onto 159th.

• Car line families should veer to the left on the road next to the church/parish center and enter the cemetery line on the left. Cars in the car line can begin to unload students along the cemetery path as soon as they turn the corner toward the North Door. There will be a new line of cones to designate a student walking path. Please continue to pull up as far as you can towards the building and the cones by the office. Once your students have exited your vehicle and it is safe to do so, please pull out of the car line and exit onto 159th Street. The updated map and process can be found here.

• PreK families should veer to the right on the road next to the church/parish center and continue to enter the west parking lot on the right. Drop off will follow the same process in the west lot/parish center entrance.

• As a reminder, please do not park in the office/gym lot and surrounding streets to drop off. This is disrespectful to those following the rules and dangerous for our bus students. Pick up:

• PreK families should veer to the right on the road next to the church/parish center and continue to enter the west parking lot car line on the right. PreK students and siblings are now asked to follow the PreK pick up line (traveling through the west lot). A visual map can be found here. If you have a PreK student and older siblings, please tell your older children to move to the west lot to find their sibling once they have exited the building. Homeroom teachers will help guide them.

• Car line families should veer to the left on the road next to the church/parish center and enter the cemetery line on the left. Families with 5K-8th grade students in the car line can begin to load students along the cemetery path as soon as they turn the corner toward the North Door. Please be sure you have your name tag on your passenger visor. Staff will be stationed at the turn with walkie talkies to help locate students efficiently. There will be a new line of cones to designate a student walking path. Please continue to pull up as far as you can towards the building and the cones by the office. Once your students have entered your vehicle and it is safe to do so, please pull out of the car line and exit onto 159th Street. A visual map can be found here.
