MESSAGE FROM THE MCP
Dear applicant,
Dear applicant,
As I open the fourth round of MCP application, I’m refreshing my own thoughts and feelings when I applied as president, and yes, it was also in the fourth round.
It is definitely not an easy choice, a lot of things are at stake, and in the end of the day you have the whole entity, holding its successes and failures at your back and all fingers are pointed at you, regardless of the outcome. At this point of life, while being still a student, you barely know what hit you, especially the fact that you are holding the responsibility of guiding more than 200 people and 4 local offices towards the vision of this organization. I know how it sounds written like this, but I assure you, when you experience it in practice, it’s a whole different sensation, as a really fast rolercoaster of feelings and thoughts who doesn’t allow you to stop by your own free will.
Regardless, I always have my reminders why I did what I did. I’m perhaps one of those dreamers who really want to see change in this society, but I don’t want just to talk about it, but also to act. Standing on top of this organization allowed me to overtake those actions, to fail and to rise stronger and smarter so that I can continue fighting for what I truly stand for, that one person can make a change in this world. And if one person can make that change, imagine a leader who can drive thousands of people towards that change. And believe me, this world needs dreamers and believers, especially those who act upon their words.
In the end, I became what I am today not because I was the one who is most ready for this position in any way, but because of the choice that I made. The choice that my believes are stronger than my doubts and fears, and that my road towards the change that I want to see is not over yet. To whoever is reading this, hopefully you will have the same determination, and the floor to show it is open on our next national conference, MILDS’16.

Job Description- Demonstrate AIESEC Way in beliefs, attitudes, thoughts and behaviors.
- Facilitating and communicating the term’s overall direction.
- Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, oppor-tunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.
- Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of vice-presidents depending on the MC’s reporting structure.
- Ensure the support for Local Committee’s development and achievements and demon-strating “the leadership” to make term mission a success.
- Take an active role at the international level in discussions of a strategic nature (e.g. global teams and conferences) and ensure that AIESEC in the Republic of Macedonia’s opin-ions are well represented among the global plenary.
- Ensure harmonious communication and maintain relationship with the formal boards; Supervisory Group, Internal Auditors and Board of Advisors.
- Evaluate the success of the organization.
- Coaching LCP and MC members on functional areas, and development of LCPs.
- Conference delivery (supporting logistics, timely agenda, and session development and delivery)
- Stakeholder servicing
- Active support in securing and delivering national partnerships - Tracking the development of national marketing packages and other external materials
