My Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ, This weekend we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity - where we acknowledge the mystery of the relationship between Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - and how the three are one. The power of the Trinity can greatly assist us in living the gift of Pentecost and in guiding us on the journey of life. Each person of the Trinity bestows special graces and blessings. May we feel these special graces and blessings all of the time. Everything we do - we do in their Name - and we should never forget that! This weekend we also Welcome (10:30 AM Mass) Fr. Joseph Paek, OSB who is one of the Benedictine Monks at Saint Leo Abbey and who will be assisting us here at Resurrection thru July 13. Fr. Joseph is originally from Korea and has been at the Abbey since 1994, where he is involved on many levels as a Retreat and Parish Mission director, a spiritual director, and he has also hosted different religious conferences. We look forward to getting to know him better as time goes by. We also extend a happy and restful vacation to Fr. Luis who will be going home to Columbia shortly and will be back mid-July. Our own Fr. Bill Sprigler will be returning home to MN at the end of May and we look forward to his return in October. Thanks for all that you do for us, Fr. Bill, and be safe as you enjoy some time up North with family and friends. Not sure where the time went but James Lorini, our seminarian, is preparing to go on his Ignatian Retreat and return to the seminary in the Fall. His best-wishes weekend will be after all of the Masses on June 9/10 (hosted by the RCCW). And finally, Deacon Stephen Schaffer will be beginning a new chapter in his life - the retirement chapter - in early August. Deacon Stephen has been a wonderful blessing to us for almost 6 years now, and he will be missed in his role as Director of Operations. We have a few months to offer him our appreciation for all that he has done.

Sunday, 8 & 0:30 AM, 12:30 PM and 5 PM). The gifts are the ciborium with the bread and the cruet of wine. Groups, families and individuals are encouraged to take part in this Ministry! All you have to do is sign up for the Mass that you will be attending and check-in with the ushers as they will wait for your arrival! You are most

welcome to bring up these special gifts!

Principal’s Principles This is the best time of year for me. I am in my 32nd year in education and I am always overwhelmed by the success of my students. The links I have to students past and present are rich and plentiful. My family often jokes that I would run into someone I taught or had in school on the moon. Truly from

Paris to Poland I have unwittingly run into a prior student on my travels. I love hearing the successes of students who are now professionals or going to college. To serve a community for a long period of time is a blessing from God because my roots run deep. I can see the glimmer of a younger child who was in my office for naughty behavior who is now the young doctor or

professional. Inwardly it makes me smile because they still have that spark that makes them unique. So as this new class of

graduates moves on I know they will be successful in all they do. It is great to see another group of “eagles” fly.

them much success in their future endeavors.

Yes We CAN! Every year has become an RCS tradition to stock the shelves of the food pantry for summer. This year the school collected 1591 non-perishable food items for the food pantry on this drive. We

are so grateful for the generosity of our families
