Wholesale Terms and Conditions

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS: MagTrim Designs sells wholesale to retail establishments who can provide a valid re-sale certificate. All accounts MUST provide a valid resale certificate prior to first shipment. Third party establish-ment sales to other retail establishments are strictly prohibited. MagTrim De-signs reserves the right to reject an order by any customer at any time. Interior Designers who do not possess a valid resale certificate will be invoiced at 15% below retail pricing.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS: Please see order form/price list for specific line and style order minimums.

MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum opening order is $150. After the opening order, there is no minimum. However, all orders under $100 need to be paid with a credit card before the order is processed and shipped.

PRICING: All orders, including backorders, may be invoiced at the prices pre-vailing at the time of shipment. MagTrim Designs reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.

BACKORDERS: Please verify on order form or purchase order whether you will accept backorders. Your backorder will be accepted and immedi-ately shipped to you when the item(s) are re-stocked. If the backorder is less than $100, we will need your credit card to process the order. All authorized backorders will automatically be cancelled if not shipped to you after 90 days of shipment from original invoice.

PAYMENT TERMS: Credit cards only for all opening orders. Please note that credit cards are not charged until the day the order is shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not grant terms on opening orders.

New accounts may be considered for Net 30 terms upon receipt of completed and signed New Account credit application (please call or email us to receive this application). Please allow up to 15 business days for approval. MagTrim Designs reserves the right to rescind Net 30 terms at any time and for any reason. Accounts with balances over 45 days past due will convert to cash-in advance or credit card only accounts for all future orders. Accounts 45 days past due are subject to a 1.5% late charge. MagTrim Designs reserves the right to not ship outstanding and future orders until account is paid in full. Pur-chaser shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by MagTrim Designs in connection with amounts owed by the purchaser. All “special orders” placed under minimum order requirements will not be granted existing terms and will require a credit card before processing and shipping.

SHIPPING: All shipments are sent F.O.B. from California by USPS Standard Post (1–5 boxes) and FEDEX ground on orders of 6 boxes or more. UPS next day and 2nd Day service is available upon request. Customer pays all shipping fees. Shipping fees are as follows: 5% –7% on all orders shipped in the contigu-ous U.S. 15% on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. A flat $14 ship-ping fee will be assessed on all “special orders” under $150.

DAMAGES: All claims regarding damaged merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. No exceptions! A MagTrim Design autho-rization form will be required for return of damaged merchandise. A credit will be issued once the damaged merchandise is inspected and approved.

RETURNS: Returns will only be authorized for damaged merchandise. Un-authorized returns or refused shipments will not be credited. In the unlikely event that a return is authorized by MagTrim Designs, a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to the related invoice for goods returns.
