We are a solutions company which identifies severe wear within a production process. Our objective is to

significantly reduce operating costs and down time in that section by improving the products used to prevent

wear. We use products almost as hard as a diamond and are adaptable to your process with the focus on

protecting the critical wear areas. We have more than 30 years’ experience in severe wear solutions. More

products have become part of our portfolio as we have increased influence in our numerous customer’s

1) Clients in the cement and mixing arena have received positive results on their mixing paddles lasting

14-16 months longer than the standard mixing paddles. An extra benefit is the mixing paddles kept

their shape during this time that meant the production and quality of the mix never reduced before

replacement.

2) Clients in the silicone carbide and clay brick arena had a low wear life on their mills, our specialized

coatings increased the wear life of these mills by 6 times longer than standard VRN400

3) Clients that procure hydro cyclones significantly saves on their spigots and vortex finders, by keeping

the final sizes constant for longer making the sizing and production more reliable.

4) Clients in the diamond and earth moving industries find great outcomes on our protected half arrows

cutting edges lasting up to 5 times longer.
