Low carb diet can also be said as high protein diet.
Low carb diet plan is better to be followed when compared to zero carb or no carb diet plan.
The main factor to be considered in the low carb paleo diet is calorie.
Foods that can be taken
Meats and eggs Vegetables Fruits Nuts and seeds Oils Beverages
Meats and eggs Meats (including
seafood) and eggs are perhaps the most important components of the low carb paleo Diet.
Make sure the meats which you take should contain very less amount of fat content in it
Vegetables
Vegetables are encouraged, although some versions of the diet except green beans and peas as they are legumes
Potatoes and other starchy tubers (e.g. cassava) should be avoided
All these vegetables provide better results if they are taken raw
Fruits
Fruits are generally allowed. People who need to lose weight should
limit consumption of high sugar fruits, especially dried fruit and juices.
Nuts and seeds
Nuts and seeds are generally allowed, but make sure that you limit them to four ounces per day.
Peanuts are legumes and not allowed. Unsweetened almond milk and coconut
milk are often used as substitutes for dairy.
Oils
Olive oil and nut oils including coconut oil are generally encouraged
The best oil to use in the low carb paleo diet is the fish oil
Beverages
Water is considered as the best beverage
Tea can also be included as the best beverage
Sweet beverages and other artificial sweeteners are avoided
