EVENT SPACESThe historic 1835 Federal style Manor House and the front lawn is the setting for many of wedding

ceremonies at Highbrighton. The interior is beautifully decorated with antique furnishings and is

distinguished by an interesting collection of original paintings and objets d’art. A house as opposed to a

hotel, the public spaces are all about bringing people together.

The Manor House also hosts our rehearsal dinners and its upstairs Bridal Suite is available to the bride

and her bridesmaids for prepping. The downstairs Bridal Suite is available to the bride and groom

throughout their stay.

Our state of the art Mountain View Reception Tent is a 4600’ sq.ft clear top tent placed on sandstone

tiled floor. It offers spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The tiled flooring extends beyond the

tent, creating an outdoor patio with 180 degree views of the mountains. It can seat 300 guests including

a 20x24 dancing area. Additional tenting options can be attached to the Mountain View Tent at an

additional cost to accommodate 350+ guests.

• White wooden reception chairs

• 5 iron chandeliers and numerous bistro lights on dimmers that adorn the ceiling

• Please note that the top is changed to white in July & August due to heat.

WEDDING PACKAGES The Highbrighton Estate Day Use Package & Day Use with One Night Accommodation

Exclusive use of the estate the day of ceremony from 9:00 AM – midnight

Event planning: 24 hours of wedding planning (as directed) with Wedding Coordinator and Assistant Event

Coordinator. 16 hours of on-site Day of Coordination with Events Coordinator and Assistant Event Coordinator.

Services included:

• Highbrighton preferred vendor list

• Development of design & wedding reception vision

• Coordination of vendors (initial contact, contracts, arrival/departure)

• Schedule of events: timeline, reception seating charts, wedding favors

Complimentary rehearsal dinner or wedding lunch for bridal party for 25 people. Service - buffet style at

the Carriage House or Manor House by Highbrighton preferred vendor with 3 serving staff.

Bridal Suite: day use of the upstairs Bridal Suite in the Manor House for prepping by bride & bridesmaids

Private ceremony at the Manor House or location of choice on the estate with white folding

wooden ceremony chairs & 2 additional event props

Reception dinner at Mountain View Tent

What’s included:

• 66” round tables

• 200 white wooden folding chairs

• An assortment of bar and buffet tables

Additional rentals can include white

porcelain dinner-ware, stainless steel

dinnerware, glassware (white, red glasses,

champagne flutes, highball glasses, and

all-purpose glassware).

We also offer the Day Use Package with one

night accommodation, which includes exclusive

use of the estate from Friday (12 PM) – Saturday

(midnight).

The Highbrighton Estate Signature Wedding Weekend

Exclusive use of the estate from Friday (12 PM) – Sunday (12 PM)

Accommodation: two-nights’ accommodation at the downstairs Bridal Suite of the Manor House, the Pool

House the Carriage House, and The Cottage. Highbrighton accommodates 15 guests in total.

Event planning: 24 hours of wedding planning (as directed) with Wedding Coordinator and Assistant Event
