Grand Hotel Terms & Conditions

To confirm your booking a deposit of €400 is required We regret that in the case of cancellation this deposit is non-refundable

Reception accounts are to be settled before departure

All prices quoted are subject to change as a result in variance in food costs or government

duties/taxes beyond our control

Final arrangements regarding menus choices, guest numbers, drinks etc are to be submitted 2 weeks in advance of your wedding

The number of guests that are agreed upon 48 hours before the wedding will be the minimum

number charged on the day

Management reserves the right to cancel or refund deposit in circumstances where bookings are made under false pretences or through a third party. Prospective clients must always meet

with a member of our wedding management team prior to payment of the deposit.

There is no service charge at the Grand Hotel

Reduced wedding rates applies to the night of the wedding only. Guests who wish to stay longer may enquire about our regular accommodation rates only

14 bedrooms will be reserved automatically when the deposit for the wedding is paid

On confirmation of your booking we will forward accommodation booking forms to you to be

completed and returned to the hotel 48 hours in advance of the wedding

A contract in agreement of the hotel’s terms and conditions must be signed upon payment of the deposit

A drinks toast from the bar can only be served when the speeches are after the meal
