Remedial Classes

ØRemedial classes pertaining to different subjects

(chapter wise) is taking place for academically slow

learners during evening study hours. Such students

would be identified by the proctors basing on their

performances in internal examinations and personal

counseling.

Proctorial System

ØA unique method of proctorial system is prevalent in our college.ØA proctor (faculty) is assigned with a few numbers of students (10 in nos.).

ØBesides academic matters, the proctor brings the internal linking of the student. She/he recommends the same to the

principal. Steps are taken to pinpoint the gifted ones to streamline the talents in respective fields. Parents/Guardians are kept

in constant touch. The percentages of the student are send to parents/guardians through SMS.

ØIn nutshell, all possible efforts are taken to keep the student-guardian-proctor relationship a fair building mechanism leading

to healthy and disciplined education.

ØC.H.S.E. Study Materials are prepared

by our own teachers and experts.

ØOJEE / AIPMT / NEET / ISEET study

materials are prepared by entrance

experts.

Scope to hold seminars and extra moral lectures :

ØCutting-edge motivation and grooming is what the students need the most

to overcome the stress caused by high ambitions. Eminent scholars are

invited to speak to the students and interact with them. The students are

also encouraged and motivated to present their thoughts in the seminars.

Guidance in Hostel

ØHostel care takers / Office bearers : Each hostel is administrated by one superintendent under whom two supervisors, two care

takers and house-keeping staff are delivering their duties and responsibilities.

ØAcademic Guidance : In-house faculty members from different teaching departments are appointed in hostels for 24 hours &

365 days guidance and doubt clearance. Besides, senior faculty members also visit hostels as per the schedule from 6.30p.m. to
