Slides used by Stephen Ruffley, Leigh Neighbours Project Officer, at the Big Local ‘Improving housing’ study visit, organised as part of the Local Trust programme of networking and learning events for Big Local residents. The visit took place from Monday 24 to Tuesday 25 February 2014. Leigh Neighbours Project, the Leigh West Big Local, were hosts for this visit and Stephen used this presentation to introduce the group to Leigh West, and in particular why housing has been identified as a local priority, as preparation for a short walk around immediately afterwards guided by local residents.
