Kelly Ledoux Associate 303-628-3361 ledouxk@hallevans.com Kelly Ledoux joined Hall & Evans as an associate in 2016. Ms. Ledoux currently supports the firm’s transportation practice group, where she represents national railroad and trucking companies in suits involving the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, the Safety Appliance Act, grade crossing accidents, and whistleblower complaints. She assists clients with all phases of litigation, including initial response, investigation, motions, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, trial practice, and appeals. Ms. Ledoux also has experience representing insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Ledoux worked for the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in their Appellate Division. While earning her law degree at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, she was a member of the Moot Court Board, an editor for the Water Law Review, and a student attorney in the Environmental Law Clinic.
