Responsibility Being Test Lead - Responsible for management of data delivery for all QA teams.

Understand and analyze Business, Functional, Technical and UI (User Interface) requirements of the project/release.

Provide Test Estimates for project accurately. Work with Application, Technical Architects, Business Analysts and

other project stake holders to estimate, plan data delivery which in turn prevents delays in testing.

Review deliverables, defects created by team members. Create/review reports (daily status reports and weekly reports) and

create testing metrics as requested by senior management. Manage teams work (during test plan and test execution of the QA
