We do only what we do bestTherefore we have focused on heating solutions and Heat Interface Units in particular, for more than 40 years.

Everybody is talking about the climate and for many governments climate change is a high priority. We think district heating will be the future energy source.

Each HIU developed is completely bespoke to a par-ticular set of project requirement.

We always use known components and materials; and always from recognised suppliers. This helps us to ensure high quality.

In addition to our own quality standards we have, since 1996, achieved certification within the leading quality organisations. Our approvals are regularly audited and reviewed. We have produced HIU’s for

Danish QualityFrom design drawings we cut, bend, weld, solder, build and test, with care and precision. All our production is based on Danish craftsmanship and with a high level of attention to detail.

All our products are developed, assembled and tested at our factory in Haderselv, Denmark.

We hope that this catalogue of ideas can give you inspi-ration whether you have inquiries for standard HIU or you need a customized solution.

From idea to solutionWe like all kinds of challenges that our clients may have regardless of whether it is specific requirements for capacity, temperature, flow or physical dimension etc.

Our experience is in the range from 10 kW up to 8,000 kW.

We see a growing trend for comfort/cooling and we also offer these solutions.

Our compact units for single-family houses are manu-factured to customer specification and according to country specific requirements, standards, instructions and regulation.

This applies to:• Direct heating• Indirect heating• Domestic hot water• Multiple heating circuits• Cooling• HIU for combining heat pumps to DH/DC• Booster etc.

Available with or without our classic white cabinet.

Through our development work we have many years of good experience with our specially designed “bridge”.

It provides the below benefits to you:• Flexibility, able to connect both up and down• Pre-installation of the “bridge” followed later by the HIU• Increased product security during build• Low installation costs• Service-friendly• Improved cash flow• Quick delivery

By default, all our units are supplied with low-energypumps. Installation of your heat meter is free of charge.

Part of the range is plug and play.

In some countries the ownership of HIU’s are different.We have developed different kind of solutions for this.

Through our Group Structures which includes Europe’s largest manufacturer of hot water tanks,we have access to a wide variety of tanks. Both enamelled and as stainless steel.

We are able to supply you with HIU’s integrated into a tank. This is what we call plug and play.

Nothing left to chanceIt requires care and precision to develop, build and test a HIU from the beginning. All our welders are certified to accor-dance with DS 322:2007.

Our HIU’s can be made of either:• Copper soldered• Stainless steel • Steel tubes

We call it “working together from design”.

To maintain our high quality standards our weldersare certified to accordance with DS 322:2007.

It is your choice whether you want the HIU’s to beprepared as wall-mounted or on a floor frame.Your choose of control system is also a possibility.

All our units are prepared to be insulated.
