I ’ve lived in the Pacifi c Northwest for over 30 years and I think we live

in one of the world’s most beautiful regions. To me, Kingston House captures a lot of what makes it special.

Although family and friends have long enjoyed Kingston House for weekend getaways, summer retreats and community events, recently, we decided to share it more with the public.

As you learn more about Kingston House, I hope you’ll consider it for your wedding or special event. Our team would love to share this special place with you!

K ingston House is spectacular at any time of the year, thanks to

the property’s many natural features.

Upon entering Kingston House, visitors are greeted by a canopy of leaves created by mature sycamore trees. On either side of the driveway are 15 acres of lawn, gardens and groves of fir, oak and madrone trees.

At the base of Sycamore Hill is Jay’s pond, a year-round oasis that’s popular with deer and waterfowl, including visiting ducks, geese and our resident Great Blue Herons.

W inding throughout the estate is over a mile of nature paths

lined with art. On the property’s north end, the trail arrives at The Orchard, an expansive lawn punctuated with more than 400 fruit trees and fragrant lavender plants.

In addition to its natural features, Kingston House’s grounds are enhanced with many impressive built facilities, including a Waterfall Terrace, an elegant gazebo, event tents and an outdoor hot tub with sweeping views of the property.

Kingston, Washington, where we are located.

Founded in 1853 as a bustling lumber town, today, Kingston (population: 2,199) is the gateway to Washington State’s scenic Kitsap and Olympic peninsulas. Historic communities like Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo and Port Townsend are just a short drive away.
