ou can choose to hold your marriage ceremony in the spectacular, light and

airy Pavilion Suite at Lingfield Park, offering wonderful views of the course,

opening up onto the Premier Enclosure. With large capacities and flexible room

layouts, we can ensure that your ceremony is tailored to your exact needs.

After the ceremony we will guide your guests smoothly through from ceremony

to reception, where they can indulge in the fine selection of drinks and refreshments

you have chosen for them.

The unique facilities and beautiful grounds of Lingfield Park offers a wonderful

backdrop for your wedding photography. If you are holding your wedding on a

raceday, capture the exhilaration of the races by choosing the backdrop of horses

thundering past on the track, or the horses as they parade in the paddock.

Alternatively if you opt for a non-race day wedding, choose from many secluded

and intimate lawns in our beautiful landscaped gardens and golf course.

When you are ready, retire to one of our many private suites and enjoy the delicious

we also offer range of flexible menus allowing you to select the

perfect food and drinks for your reception.

Whether you choose a 5 course banquet in the Pavilion Suite, or an intimate

reception in the stunning Upper Eclipse Suite or Grandstand Suite, Lingfield Park

can cater to suit you and your guests. For a larger occasion with the addition of

marquees we have an overall capacity of up to 10,000 people.

Our head chef and in-house banqueting team enjoy spending time and effort creating

the right dishes for you. Your dedicated wedding coordinator can arrange tasting

menus prior to the day to ensure you get exactly the tastes and combinations you

require. In addition to the delicious menus, you will be invited to taste and choose

from our extensive selection of fine wines and champagne.

International cuisine, specialist and themed banquets are also available on request.

by recommending preferred wedding suppliers including photographers, cake makers,

chauffeurs, florists and live music and entertainment providers, as well as providing

information on local hotels and taxi services.

From organising the decorations and table linen, to liaising with your suppliers prior to

and on the day, our coordinators can help make your wedding a truly wonderful occasion

from which you will take treasured memories.

Lingfield Park also offers its bride and grooms the opportunity to return to Lingfield Park

on their first anniversary for a complimentary meal for two in our superb Trackside

Restaurant, to relive your celebration.

Pavilion SuiteThis suite is positioned on the ground floor in the Premier Enclosure. Fully self

contained it also features its own private entrance, large reception area, kitchen,

bar, private restrooms and a large private patio area with outdoor furniture

overlooking the Member’s Lawn. This flexible suite can be divided via partitions

into smaller suites to accommodate up to 30 guests or can be combined to

accommodate 450 guests and is an ideal place to entertain large numbers.

Grandstand SuitePositioned at the top of the Grandstand, in the Premier Enclosure, these modern,

versatile suites all have balconies, and boast outstanding views overlooking the

race track and finishing straight. These versatile suites can be used individually

or combined to accommodate between 8 and 120 guests.

Upper Eclipse SuitePositioned on the first floor this suite features Victorian architecture and has a

spacious private balcony area with outdoor seating that overlooks the Members

Lawn. It also has exceptional views of the race track. This suite can accommodate

between 50 and 100 guests.
