The Elizabethan MansionOur 16th Century Mansion is a beautiful, historic setting for an intimate wedding.

The Croquet LawnNext to the Mansion our croquet lawn is the ideal foundation to house a marquee or tipi for larger weddings.

The Millennium Seed BankThis globally unique ‘glasshouse’ is a contemporary venue space for your drinks and canape reception.

The Elizabethan Mansion

Steeped in history, our 16th Century Mansion features wooden paneled walls, stunning sculptured ceilings and ornate fireplaces; the Dining Room, Gallery and Library in the Mansion create an outstanding backdrop to your big day. Adjoined by a grand entrance foyer with sweeping staircase you will be spoilt with choice for photo opportunities.

Licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, we also have the option to hold your ceremony outdoors in warmer months. Contact us to find out more.

The Croquet LawnWakehurst have three exclusive suppliers to choose from for your marquee depending on the style of wedding you wish to create.

Wildflower TipisNordic giant hat tipis for a bohemian, rustic style festival wedding.

Tent StyleModern style stretch tent structure with the ability to be entirely enclosed.

Suitable for standing drinks and canape receptions, with the option to place a marquee for your reception in the grounds at the rear of the Seed Bank, this globally unique ‘glasshouse’ offers a unique and contemporary feel to your big day.
