Architect Rajiv Khushalani has a Nine year experience in the field of architecture, planning and design. Before starting his own practice Khushalani Associates in 2010, he has worked at prestigious offices like Kapadia Associates in Mumbai, Rafael Vinoly Architects in London and BLDA in London.His Practice got an honorable mention in the prestigious EVOLO competition in 2011 for their project PORO-CITY which was the restructuring of Dharavi, Mumbai which is one of the world’s most populous slums. Their work is published in renowned international magazines and architecture blogs. The office is currently working on a variety of projects of different scales and type such as mixed use, mass housing, high-end bungalows, residential and corporate interiors and retail in diverse locations within India, Middle East and Africa.

EDUCATION : Pritesh studied diploma in architecture from L.S.Raheja School Of Architecture , Bandra West. He completed his architecture in the year 2003-04 and received gold medal for the best academic performance of the year.

PROFILE: Pritesh has been with our practice since 2010. He is company’s first employee involved alongside khushalani architects and architectural beyond in all the projects we undertake. He maintains an active role in development throughout the design and execution phase.

PRACTICE : PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:Prior to joining KAAB , Pritesh collaborated with several practices in India. He was involved in the design and delivery of a number of large scale projects , including the famous Sea Princess Hotel,Mumbai , the first Ekaant Hotel in lavasa city and many high end residential buildings in Mumbai.

PROJECTS :Pritesh’s first project at KAAB is a residential project in Pune and Dombivali respectively. He is also a part of a unique highend self-styled bungalow in Indore right from concept planning,development team,execution and till its completion. He is also a part of private interior residences.

PROFILE:Shruti Shriyan has a three year experience in the field of architecture and has been working with the firm since 2013. Shruti commenced her career with Ar. Premnath and has worked on the working drawings of luxury high rise, Ajmera Zeon Bhakti Park, Wadala. As a junior architect under Ar. Sen Kapadia, she has worked for prominent large scale projects like NID PG Campus, Phase III at Gandhinagar & Narang Civilization Urban Township at Boisar. Currently, in Khushalani Associates, she has worked on different scale of projects such as mass housing, bungalows, commercial and residential interiors along with site execution.

EDUCATION – Bachelor of Architecture (South Gujarat University)PROFILE – Ar. Khushbu Patel has four years of experience in the field of Architecture. She has lived in many parts of the country & worked there on various large scale projects including hospitality, townships, high-end residential, commercial & mixed-use development and a few architectural competitions for renowned developers such as Aparna Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (Hyderabad), Prestige Group (Bangalore), Hiland Group (Kolkata).As an Architect in Khushalani Associates, she is involved in designing & development of a 40 acre large residential township and residential interiors.

EDUCATION : Jeetan completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Indian Education Society’s College Of Architecture, Bandra West. He completed his architecture in the year 2011-2012.

PROFILE: Jeetan has been with our practice since 2014.

PRACTICE : PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:Prior to joining KAAB, Jeetan collaborated with several renowned practices in India. He was involved in the design and delivery of a number of large scale projects, including the famous Red Café Sports Bar.

PROFILE:Ar. Praful Purabiya has four and a half years of experience in the field of architecture, design and planning. His career gave a kick-start at Premnath and Associates where he worked on big scale projects like Jaitapur Power Plant, Ajmera Aeon & Zeon, Bhakti Park, Wadala and few Architectural competitions.In 2013, he founded his own practise, S Arc Design Studio. They have designed & executed projects in varied spheres of architecture such as Hospitality, townships, high end bungalows and high rises. He is also a core faculty at architecture college in Mumbai.As a senior architect in Khushalani Associates, he has worked on different scales of projects such as super luxury bungalows, mass housing and residential interiors and worked on an urban level competition aimed at designing a landmark structure in Italy, named ‘Pesce Di Pesaro’.
