公司简介|About Us上海睿帛建筑工程有限公司创建于2006年. 公司在2011年与江苏省建工集团有限公司签

署战略合作协议，作为江苏建工集团在医药领域的专业设计及施工工程分公司，开拓江苏建工集团在医药领域的新业务，是经国家建设部批准的建筑施工企业.主要承建各类工业与民用建筑，高级装修，消防工程，水电，设备安装，医药电子洁净空间，GMP车间等工程施工.

近年来，公司不断深化改革，建立了一套较完善的管理结构和有效运行的经营机制。总公司现有各类管理人员5660名，其中工程技术和经济管理人员4345名，高级职称216人（其中研究员级高工9名），中级职称565人；一级建造师196人，二级建造师662人；注册资本金34168万元. 上海睿帛公司现有管理人员36名.

历年来,公司承建的工程均以优质快速,良好服务赢得了声誉和用户的好评.我们将沿着“优质快速、文明规范、守约重誉”的质量方针和发展方向，一如既往地竭诚为国内外客户服务，并真诚期待得到社会各方的合作和支持.

Ruibo Construction Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Ruibo) was founded in 2006. In 2011, a strategic partnership agreement was formed between Ruibo and Jiangsu Construction Engineering Group (JSCE) due to Ruibo’s extensive expertise in project design, engineering and construction services pertaining to the medical and pharmaceutical industries. As a result of the agreement, Ruibo was designated to lead JSCE’s business growth and development in these industry sectors. Ruibo currently operates as a branch company of JSCE.

In recent years, the Company has continued to evolve with an exceptional governance structure and an efficient operating framework. The Company currently employs over 5,660 managerial professionals: 4,345 in process technology and financial management; 216 senior engineers (9 of which are research fellow level); 565 intermediate level engineers; 196 constructors and 662 associate constructors. The total Company registered capital is over 342 million RMB (approx. 57 million USD). Currently, there are 36 managerial level personnel at Ruibo.

Over the years, Ruibo has received much praise from its clients for its commitment to project quality, timeliness, and exceptional customer service. Ruibo’s mission is to maintain its current pace of success while continuously improving its reputation and recognition through delivering its core values of “quality, timeliness, integrity and efficiency” to its customers.

唐明博士 (Ming Tang, PhD, MBA)董事长 (Chairman)

1982年中国科技大学地球化学学士，1987年芝加哥大学宇宙化学博士，1989年明尼苏达大学卡尔森管理学院MBA

1990年进入福特汽车公司, 在福特位于美国的全球总部和中国, 葡萄牙, 阿根廷等国的分公司工作了12年，担任高级管理职务

2001年底放弃担任福特中国总裁机会，辞职回国从事高科技创业。至

今已领导数家创业团队先后在北京，合肥，上海，和内蒙古等地创立了ERP咨询，新药研发，外包CRO，和电子商务等行业的高新技术企业

2008年担任睿帛工程公司董事长至今

Dr. Tang earned his B.S. in Earth Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1982, then proceeded to earn his PhD in Astrochemistry from the University of Chicago in 1987, and his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 1989 before joining Ford Motor Company in 1990.

After 12 years of global executive management experience (U.S., China, Portugal, Argentina) at Ford Motor Company, in lieu of the opportunity to become President of Ford China, Dr. Tang decided to pursue the development of high-tech ventures in China. To date, he has led multiple teams in founding various tech start-ups in the fields of ERP consulting, new drug development, CRO outsourcing, and eCommerce.

Dr. Tang joined Ruibo in 2008 and is currently the Chairman of the company.

1998年毕业于安庆市建筑工程学院 1998-2003年任北京建筑安装公司高级项目经理 2004-2006年担任桑迪亚医药公司工程部主管 2006年创建天云建筑工程公司 2008年兼并睿帛工程公司并担任总经理目前任江苏省建工集团代表

Aaron Ruan graduated from Anqing City College of Engineering in 1998. From 1998 to 2003, Aaron held the position of Senior Project Manager at Beijing Construction and Installation Company. He subsequently joined Sundia MediTech Company, Ltd. In 2004 as the Head of Structural Engineering.

In 2006, Aaron left Sundia MediTech and founded TianyunConstruction Engineering Co., Ltd.

Tianyun merged with Ruibo Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2008. Aaron has held the position of owner and General Manager since the merger.

He is currently a representative of Jiangsu Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd.

Guangye “Ethan” Tang earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 2008. Post graduation, Ethan earned his CPA license for the State of Illinois and joined Baker Tilly, one of the top 20 largest accounting and advisory firms in the U.S., as a Senior Consultant. At Baker Tilly, Ethan was responsible for planning and managing audit and financial due diligence engagements across various industries.

Ethan joined KPMG Chicago’s Transactions and Restructuring group in 2011, specializing in assisting private equity clients and bulge bracket financial institutions with financial due diligence and lending due diligence engagements.

Ethan joined Ruibo in 2014 as the Deputy General Manager of the company.

2006年毕业于华东理工大学生物工程专业

先后任职于上海信谊制药、恩宜珐玛、基伊埃工程技术，主要负责质量控制和项目管理工作

参与管理国内外大型制药工程项目，如：诺维信天津工厂新建工程、诺维信美国工厂新建工程、梅里亚南昌工厂新建工程、莱士上海工厂新建工程、无锡阿斯利康NISP车间新建工程等

专业领域涉及项目管理、风险分析、调试验证、cGMP控制等

2015年加入睿帛工程公司担任副总经理兼任工程总监

Suhui earned his B.S. in Bioengineering from the East China University of Science and Technology in 2006.

He has subsequently held supervisory and management positions at Shanghai Pharma, NNE Pharmaplan Co. and GEA Process Engineering, where he was responsible for project risk assurance, quality control, validation, cGMP compliance, as well as overall project management.

Suhui holds a decade of project management experience for large -scale pharma construction projects, working with clients such as Novozymes, Merial Animal Health, RAAS Blood Products, GE Healthcare, and AstraZeneca.

Suhui joined Ruibo in 2015 as the Deputy General Manager / Project Director of the company.
