The global LPO industry was

estimated to be USD 1,085 million in

2012. According to studies it is

• Prior to joining Ironwood, Rajesh was the AssociateGeneral Counsel of O’Connor & Associates, Texasand heading their offshore legal operations at theircaptive center at India.

• Has held Senior Corporate Legal positions at BallyTechnologies Inc, Clutch Group Legal Solutions,Dhanlaxmi Bank and has broad Legal Outsourcingexperience.

• Has extensive experience working with Law firmsand General Counsels in the US, UK and AsianCountries.

Prior to Eagle, Deval was at DLB Capital (Private Equity firm) where hewas a Vice President and the firm’s leader in deal execution, Middle Eastinvestor relations, Shari’a compliant investing, and Portfolio Companymonitoring and at First Light Financial (Hedge Fund) as a Senior Associatewhere he actively managed 13 portfolio companies aggregating $80MMof exposure across various industries. Deval began his career inInvestment Banking at Citigroup.

Deval is also a Board Member or Board Observer in the followingcompanies: China Rapid Finance, Ironwood Legal Solutions, AssetVantage Systems, Accordion International, and Shanghai HarvestNetwork Technology. Deval received his Bachelor of Science degree inFinance from Boston College. He was also a finance major in the GeneralCourse program at the London School of Economics.
