Events with a PurposeIronstone Ranch is a working horse ranch situated on
275 acres of beautiful rolling green hills conveniently
located in Elizabethtown, PA. In addition to the restored
1800’s Main Barn, the grounds of the Ranch feature
extensive seasonal flower gardens, beautiful orchards,
small streams, an open air Mini Barn, stone fire pits,
riding trails, access to beautiful dahlia gardens as well as a
fully restored 1860’s “country-chic” Farm House and its
authentic well. This, combined with a fully functioning
ranch, will afford you the opportunity to make your
special day both rich and memorable.

Friday & Saturday WeddingsSaturday - April-October and Holidays: Prime Dates, Friday - Discounts ApplyOff Season Rates AvailableExclusive Ranch Access – 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Event times are limited to up to one hour for ceremony, one hour for cocktail hour and up to a four hour reception for a total event time of six hours.
Ceremony – You can choose to have your ceremony in the Orchard or Mini Barn. Wooden benches for guest seating and wooden arbor included.
Reception – In the temperature controlled Main Barn. 60” round guest tables and wooden crossback chairs for up to 180 guests included. Wedding tent available to rent for larger groups.
Extras:White Carriage (up to 1 hour) – You will be picked up and delivered to the ceremony and escorted around the property for photos afterwards. The White Carriage pulled by an 1800 lb percheron and a driver can be rented.
Hitch Wagon – Our experienced staff will pickup and deliver the wedding party to the ceremony site and then travel around the property for photos after the ceremony. The hitch wagon can be rented.
Camp Fire Ring – We will light the fire ring for you guests to enjoy from the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception. The Fire Ring can be rented.

Exclusive Ironstone Ranch Access — 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Event times are limited to up to one hour for ceremony, one hour for cocktail hour and up to a four hour reception for a total event time of six hours.

White Carriage (up to 1 hour) – This is for the bride to
be picked up and delivered to the ceremony site as well as
transportation of the bride and groom for the loop around the
property for photos after the ceremony.
Hitch Wagon – includes the pickup and delivery of the
wedding party to the ceremony site as well the loop around the property for photos after the ceremony.
The hitch wagon can be rented for additional hours during your reception ($150.00 per additional
hour) for guests to be taken on rides of the property.
Camp Fire Ring – Will be available for your guests to enjoy from the start of the ceremony to the end
of the reception.
Use of the Mini Barn – For Friday evening rehearsal dinner.
Farm House Rental – Check-in Friday at 3:00 pm and check out Sunday by 10:00 am. The Farm
House provides ample opportunity for relaxing with a nice glass of wine or cup of tea. With a peaceful patio
as well as a second floor deck there is always a quiet spot to take in the panoramic views of the
surrounding countryside. Take a peaceful nap, or take a walk around some of our gorgeous 275 plus acre
property. While a guest of Ironstone Ranch, make arrangements with Cowboy Mark for a trail ride on one
of our 10 horses. There is no better place to relax and invigorate. Enjoy all the Farm House has to offer:
three beautifully furnished bedrooms; sofa with pull out couch; two full bathrooms; fireplace; washer &
dryer; full kitchen; living area; patio; second floor porch... all of the amenities of home. 11% Hotel
Occupancy Tax not included in the total price.

Weekend Wedding Packages

Farm Tables - Our beautiful round and rectangle original wooded farm tables can be rented on site for
an additional fee. Upgrade fee includes up to 18 tables
Yard Games – Guests can enjoy corn hole, horseshoes and other yard games during your cocktail
hour and reception.
Alpacas or Mini Horses – 2 of our adorable alpacas or mini horses brought to your event for
petting and pictures.
Additional Amenities
Sound System – If you decide not to hire a DJ, no problem! The ranch has a sound system you
can hook up your iPod to!
Farm House Rental – The farm house provides ample opportunity for relaxing with a nice glass

children attending your wedding, this may be a fun activity to add to your package!
Catering Packages Available from
To make sure the level of service provided at Ironstone Ranch is of top quality and consistent with our standards, we have partnered with C&J Catering as our exclusive catering & event service partner. We know beyond a shadow of a doubt you will be happy with their quality, selection and service. Their pledge is to deliver when it matters to you the most.
With that in mind, C&J has created three innovative wedding options to help you get started as you plan for your reception. These menu selections have been designed in three tiers so that you are able to select the best option for your taste and budget. C&J has considered all of the facets of planning that you will need so that you are set for the perfect event, including staff, menu, rental, bar service and beyond. Please keep in mind that if these packages are not exactly what you are looking for, the C&J professional planning and culinary team will be more than happy to work with you to create a custom menu that may better suit your personal style.
Dinner package pricing includes all service charges, along with the following enhancements:
Cocktail HourOne hour hors d’oeuvre cocktail reception.
LinensA floor length white or ivory linen and eight linen napkins will be provided for each of your 60” tables.
Beer & Wine PackageThe client is required to purchase all alcoholic beverages and provide them to the caterer. We will provide all stemware, bottled water, sodas (regular, diet and caffeine free), corkscrews, ice, liquor liability insurance.
Standard Bar MixersIf you choose to provide hard liquor for your bar, we will provide standard mixers to include: tonic, club soda, ginger ale, cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and garnishes. Additional mixers can be provided at a separate cost.
China, Glassware, FlatwareWe provide appetizer, salad, dinner, and dessert plates, along with water glasses and all flatware for your guests. Specialized menus and menu requests may require additional service items. These can be provided at an additional cost.
BartenderOne Responsible Alcohol Management Program trained bartender is provided with your selected catering package for up to six hours. If you have over 100 guests and are offering a full bar to your guests, we require that you hire an additional bartender at $35.00 per hour so your guests are not waiting in long lines.
Catering CoordinatorIncluded with your catering package, is a Catering Coordinator, who will assist you with menu planning, a group tasting, reception timing, and floor layouts. Mashed Potato BarGuests will love the choice of two types of potatoes: traditional mashed and sweet potatoes served with shredded cheese, broccoli, bacon crumbles, sour cream, brown sugar, toasted pecans, and mini marshmallows.
Mexican Fiesta StationGuests will love the choices of shredded chicken, black olives, black beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, lettuce, crunchy taco shells, flour tortillas and tri-colored tortilla chips.
Chef's Flaming Steak StationThis classic dish of beef tenderloin, seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, mushrooms, and scallions is flambéed on site with a touch of brandy.
Chef’s Carving StationOur Chef will slice your choice of fresh roasted top round of beef, turkey breast, or honey ham on site. Rolls, gravy, horseradish, mustard, mayonnaise, and au jus will be available, as well as rosemary roasted red potatoes.
Chef's Asian Fusion StationSea scallops and Gulf Coast shrimp will be pan seared in front of your guests by our Chef. Served with chipotle pepper sauce and citrus ginger aioli, accompanied by buckwheat soba noodle salad and vegetable stir fry, mixed with an Asian garlic sauce.
Mac and Cheese BarDecadent Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese macaroni, stationed with sour cream, bacon crumbles, broccoli, chives, and our house made buttered breadcrumbs will give your guests several savory options.
