Events with a PurposeIronstone Ranch is a working horse ranch situated on over 250 acres of
beautiful rolling green hills conveniently located in Elizabethtown, PA.
In addition to the restored 1800’s main barn, the grounds of the ranch
feature extensive seasonal flower gardens, beautiful orchards, small
streams, an open air mini-barn, stone fire-pits, riding trails, access to
beautiful dahlia gardens as well as a fully restored 1860’s “country-chic”
farm house and it’s authentic well. This, combined with a working horse
ranch, will afford you the opportunity to make your special day both rich
and memorable.
At Ironstone Ranch, your wedding becomes an exclusive event. We
shower you and your guests with attention. With every detail perfect,
the only thing left for you to experience is peace of mind and a day
beyond your expectations.

Friday & Saturday WeddingsPackage Includes: Call for Pricing
Exclusive Access – 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Event times are limited to up to one hour for ceremony, up to one hour for cocktail hour and up to a four hour reception for a total event time of six hours.
Ceremony – You can choose to have your ceremony in the Orchard or Mini Barn. Wooden benches for guest seating and wooden arbor included.
Reception – In the temperature controlled Main Barn. 60” round guest tables and wooden padded folding chairs for up to 180 guests included.
Extras:White Carriage (up to 1 hour) – You will be picked up and delivered to the ceremony and escorted around the property for photos afterwards. The White Carriage pulled by an 1800 lb percheron horse
Hitch Wagon – Our experienced staff will pickup and deliver the bridesmaids and wedding party to the ceremony site and then travel around the property for photos after the ceremony.
Camp Fire Ring – We will light the fire ring for you guests to enjoy from the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception.
Sunday WeddingsPackage Includes: Call for Pricing

Hitch Wagon – includes the pickup and delivery of the
bridesmaids/wedding party to the ceremony site as well the loop around the property for photos after the
ceremony. The hitch wagon can be rented for additional hours during your reception ($300.00 per hour)
for guests to be taken on rides of the property.
Camp Fire Ring – Will be available for your guests to enjoy from the start of the ceremony to the end of
the reception. Please note that this is the only location on the property where guests are allowed to smoke.
Use of the Mini Barn – For Friday evening rehearsal dinner and Sunday morning brunch.
Farm House Rental – Check-in Friday at 3:00 pm and check out Sunday by 10:00 am.
The Farm House provides ample opportunity for relaxing with a nice glass of wine or cup of tea. With
a peaceful patio as well as a second floor deck there is always a quiet spot to take in the panoramic
views of the surrounding countryside. Take a peaceful nap, or take a walk around some of our
gorgeous 250 plus acre property. While a guest of Ironstone Ranch, make arrangements with Cowboy
Mark for a trail ride on one of our 10 horses. There is no better place to relax and invigorate. Enjoy
all the Farm House has to offer: Three beautifully furnished bedrooms; Sofa with pull out couch; two
full bathrooms; washer & dryer; full kitchen; living area; patio; second floor deck... all of the
amenities of home.

Weekend Wedding Packages

Tractor Pulled Hay Wagon – One hour ride,
additional hours extra - This seats up to 18-22 adults and is a fun ranch experience!
Pony Rides – Two ponies for one hour. - If you have
children attending your wedding, this may be a fun activity to add to your package!
Additional Use of the Mini Barn – Cocktail hour/
after dinner dessert and dancing.
Sound System – If you decide not to hire a DJ, no problem! The ranch has a sound system you can
hook up your iPod to!
Farm House Rental – May be rented on a per night basis, or receive discount for two consecutive
nights. The Farm House provides ample opportunity for relaxing with a nice glass of wine or cup of tea. With a peaceful front porch as well as a second floor balcony there is always a quiet spot to
take in the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Yard Games – Guests can enjoy corn hole, horseshoes and other yard games during your cocktail
hour and reception.

Standard Bar MixersIf you choose to provide hard liquor for your bar, we will provide standard mixers to include bottled water, regular, diet and caffeine free sodas, tonic and club soda, ginger ale, cranberry juice, orange juice and pineapple juice. Additional mixers can be provided at an additional charge.
China Service, Glassware and FlatwareWe will provide appetizer plate and fork, salad plate, dinner plate, dessert plate, water glass and flatware for your guests. Specialized menus and menu requests may require additional service items. These can be provided at an additional cost.
One RAMP Certified Bartender One Responsible Alcohol Management Program trained bartender is provided with your selected catering package for up to 6 hours. If you have over 100 guests and are serving mixed drinks in addition to beer and wine, we require that you hire an additional bartender so your guests are not waiting in long lines.
Catering CoordinatorIncluded with your catering package, you will be assigned a catering coordinator who will assist you with menu planning, food tasting, reception timing and reception layout. Platinum Stations PackagePackage Includes: a choice of 3 stations PLUS choice of salad bar station or a plated salad service
Asian Fusion Station Sushi Bar with a variety of specialty maki rolls made to order before your guests. The station also comes with buckwheat soba noodle salad and vegetable stir-fry served with an Asian garlic sauce.
Asian Noodle StationThis station comes with a variety of noodles and rices, along with vegetables, chicken and beef broths to create an amazing noodle or rice bowl. Guests can top off their selection with chicken or shrimp.
Chef ’s Pasta StationGuests will enjoy personal chef service, including their choice of grilled chicken or Italian sausage medallions. They will also choose their pasta and sauce including marinara, vodka, or alfredo. Artisan rolls and whipped butter will be put at this station.
Chef ’s Carving StationAnother personal chef experience with fresh roasted top round of beef, turkey breast and honey ham. Served with rolls, gravy, horseradish, mustard, mayonnaise, and au jus. A chaffer of roasted rosemary red potatoes will be placed at this station.
Flaming Steak Diane StationClassic dish with tender pieces of beef tenderloin and seasoned with Worcestershire, dry mustard, mushrooms, and scallions are flambéed on site with a touch of brandy.
Lettuce Wrap StationCrispy butter lettuce cups served with your choice of five-spice beef, buffalo chicken and garlic tobacco baby shrimp. Wrap station condiments include julienne cucumbers, carrots and scallions, chopped peanuts, celery, cilantro, mint, bleu cheese sauce, and limes.
Mashed Potato Bar StationYour choice of two types of mashed potatoes – traditional, garlic roasted or sweet potatoes served with shredded cheese, broccoli, bacon, sour cream, brown sugar, toasted pecans and marshmallow topping.
Mexican Fiesta Station Guests will love the choices of shredded chicken, black olives, black beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, shredded lettuce, hard and crunchy taco shells, and tri-colored tortilla chips. Make a taco, flour tortilla, or Mexican fiesta salad!
Salad Bar StationGuests can choose from a variety of fresh vegetables including tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, sliced hard boiled eggs, croûtons, nuts, dried fruits, and a variety of dressings to make the perfect salad. Sunday Budget Buffet Package Additional Wedding ServicesWedding Planning & Day of Coordinator Packages – Included with your catering package you will receive a catering coordinator for your special day to assist you with the floor plan, layout and timing of your reception. In order to ensure that your day runs as smoothly as possible, we highly recommend that you hire one of our Wedding Day Coordinators to assist you with the following: Call for pricing
Wedding Rehearsal• Complete facilitation of wedding rehearsal which includes instruction on usher seating, family seating,
wedding party processional, ceremony, wedding party recessional, and family recessional
Pre-Ceremony• Distributes necessary balance checks to any remaining wedding service providers the day of
the event • Liaisons with florist, photographer, videographer, musicians, soloists, minister, and ceremony participants upon arrival

Additional Wedding ServicesFloral Designs for Bridal Party, Table Centerpieces & Ceremony Décor Call for PricingC&J Catering offers custom, boutique style one-of-a-kind floral designs for your bridal party, ceremony and reception. If you are interested in meeting with one of our design specialists, we require a $500.00 non-refundable design deposit for your consultation. Included in your design deposit is a two hour initial consultation with your design specialist to discuss your ideas. After your meeting, our designer will put together a customized design unique to your taste and style, along with a detailed, customized proposal and present them to you at an additional one-hour meeting. Should you decide to hire C&J’s design team to design your dream wedding; the $500.00 deposit will be applied to your total design contract. If you decide not to hire C&J, you are free to keep your customized designs.
