The Chairman
ICFC Group has been established, almost 20 years ago, for promoting
business relations between Iranian & Chinese companies. During this
period ICFC has been in the services of the Iranian companies for
Finance & Execution projects in Iran in cooperation with the Chinese
and International companies.

Who we are
ICFC Group has been established, almost 20 years ago, for promoting
business relations between Iranian & Chinese companies. During this
period ICFC has been in the services of the Iranian companies for Finance
& Execution projects in Iran in cooperation with the Chinese and
International companies.
The main office of the Group is in China (Beijing) that has started
her business activities since 1989 as a Chinese company.
The Office of the Group has started her activities since 2002 by
merging of couple of reputed companies in UAE.
The Group has established a company in Iran with the same name
as her mother company in China, in 2010, in order to be able to
service her clients in Iran and facilitate the mutual relations
between the member companies of the Group.

ICFC Group with her potentials in the area of Investment & Finance which
is mainly due to contribution from experts that are familiar with
international monetary law & regulations and also new investment
mechanism, in various countries, has developed an extensive International
network consisted from reputed Iranian companies and contractors,
manufacturers, and also reputed International manufacturers, suppliers of
equipment & commodities in particular from China, to be in the service of
Iranian industry for Finance & Procurement and Technology Transfer.
ICFC Group in cooperation with her corporate and associate International
companies from countries of Canada, USA, Europe, Russia, Asia & China is

Financial & Technical Management of the Projects
Engineering Services of projects (E) in cooperation with reputed
International consultants, in particular in oil, gas, petrochemical,
rail industry, metro, communication, manufacturing & mining

Feasibility, cost accounting & risk study of the projects.
Programming & Project Control
Procurement of required Goods & Equipment.
Inspection & Supervision of Projects
Financial services – Supply of Goods requirement of the Clients.
Acceptance of L/C or Financial documents from the Iranian Banks
& Financial Institutes for Procurements from abroad.
Investment for procurement of the Iranian Clients: arranging
payment to the foreign suppliers outside the country against
Guarantees & collaterals and payment inside Iran.

Supply of Goods & Equipment for the Iranian Clients by CAD
Method (Cash against Document). The Clients deposit the value
of the purchased Goods in a Trustee Account and will be released
against defined delivery documents.
Depositing the value of purchased Goods with a Trustee.
Supply of Goods that the Iranian Client is not able to import them
directly from the Origin.
Supply of all the needs & requirements of the Iranian Clients by
Mandate from the Clients (for all stages of work, including:
introducing the Supplier, registration of import, opening L/C and
or all required financial services, inspection of the Good during
manufacturing period, discharging from custom, delivery of Good
and preparing the required reports for the Management).
