• Sign-up Sheets: Project topics, fundraisers,
parent volunteers, staff events, student run
businesses, etc.
• Research Sources
Administrative Tasks • Inventory: books, auto tools, calculators,
class supplies, etc.
• Track Student Behavior or Disciplinary

• Information Sort (example: AP DBQ topics)

To Access Google Docs
• Click on Documents in the menu at the
top of GMail
Familiarize Yourself with the Side
Menu Always takes
you back to
the home
page
Good organizational
tool. Star projects
that need to be
finished, revised,
etc.
Also handy for
organization. I remove
finished items from my
Home page so I can use
it as a To Do List. This
button lets me still see
everything again.

When IN a
document: You can
hover your mouse to
the LEFT of the file
name to get an
arrow icon that will
return you Home.

Write a description for your
form. This is also a good place
to write instructions.

You can reorder questions by hovering your mouse over
the question until you get the directional arrow. Then drag
and drop the question where you would like it to appear on
the form.
Note: This does not change the order of the questions in
the spreadsheet.
