Creating Life’s Legacy and Inspiration for Loved Ones!
That was the motivation behind the creation of Artistry In Motion Holographics (AIM Holographics) for Carl Minardo. The love Carl had for his deceased grandfather was last-ing, well after he died. This love was so great that he longed to “see” him and for his grandchil-dren and great grandchildren to be able to “feel” his presence. Because of this, Carl teamed up with Steve Harless to make that dream a reality. The pair invested in 3D
technology that they could provide on a commercial platform. As the mo-mentum of AIM continued to grow, Minardo realized other great uses of the 3D technology can be utilized by businesses, nonprof-it organizations, funeral eulogies, and social gatherings, to name a few. “I take pride in knowing that I am providing a resource that a short time ago was only used in movies or by the rich and famous.” AIM also came up with a way to provide various forms of the holographic experience, which was another accomplishment for Minardo and Harless.

Camp Boggy Creek (CBC) was our daughter,
Jacqueline’s, favorite place. CBC gave her a loving and safe escape from countless medical
procedures, and she was able to bond with kids like her. Because of her love of manatees, we ride as Jacqueline’s
Magnanimous Manatees in her
memory and for the thousands of other
Florida children whose lives are enriched by the
CBC experience.

Ms. Cathy DiVosta of Tequesta, Florida hosted a little over 75 people at a private cocktail
reception on May 6, 2015 at the Northern Trust Bank Building in North
Palm Beach in honor of Camp Boggy Creek. The reception was held to create awareness and raise funds to help local children suffering from a serious illness attend Camp Boggy Creek.
Founded in 1996, Camp Boggy Creek is a year-round medical camp for children with serious illnesses. Co-founded by actor/philanthropist Paul Newman and General H. Norman Schwarzkopf, the camp offers week-long summer sessions and family retreat weekends at no cost to the children or families. Located in Eustis, Florida, the 232-acre nonprofit serves children ages 7–16 that have been diagnosed with chronic or life-threatening conditions. The camp is entirely funded by generous donations from individuals, corporations, foundations and healthcare partners. Camp Boggy Creek is a proud member of SeriousFun Children’s Network.
Cathy DiVosta is a member of the Southeast Advisory Council, and shared that evening, “I am committed to helping sick children from Palm Beach County forget about the word “no” for a little while and embrace the promise of “yes” at magical place called Camp Boggy Creek”.
The Southeast Advisory Council has set a goal of $350,000 to help send local children to Camp Boggy Creek. To date, 7,000 children from the South Florida region have attended the camp. To get involved, for more information or to make a donation, please contact Leah Miles at 561-281-1793 or visit www.campboggycreek.org.

Society Doyenne Michelle-Marie Heinemann hosted the most beautiful crowd of women at her Fifth Annual Bellini and Bloody Mary Hat Party on May 6th, 2015. Bar Pleaides which is inside the exclusive Surrey Hotel was filled with the most spectacular hats. It was truly a day of genuine friendship as air kisses flowed as freely as the champagne in the Bellini’s.
Michelle-Marie’s adorable children, Hudson & Hyacinth, were in full spring time attire with gorgeous hats to match. Cassandra Seidenfeld, Anne Baker, Leesa Rowland, Donna Soloway, Tracy Stern, Susan Shin, Randi Schatz and Lucia Hwong Gordon, Maya Johnson - Palm Beach, were just a few of the high society beauties toasting the glorious morning and Michelle-Marie’s love of bringing people together in magnificent settings. Jon Heinemann of the The Heinemann Fund, and husband to the hostess, looked particularly handsome that morning. “I adore my wife and love supporting all the wonderful things she does, there is nothing better than family and friends.”
Well done Michelle-Marie! Another fabulous party!

The Alzheimer’s Association, the world’s leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research, was the beneficiary of the Rita Hayworth Luncheon held on March 5 at The Colony Hotel, Palm Beach.
This special fundraising event was co-hosted by Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, the daughter of legendary movie star and dancer Rita Hayworth who passed away from Alzheimer’s disease, and internationally renowned designer Carleton Varney, who recently completed a $9-million “re-imagining” of The Colony Hotel, a Palm Beach landmark for nearly 70 years.
Highlights of this year’s luncheon included an exclusive preview of the Naeem Khan Pre-Fall Collection presented by Saks Fifth Avenue; a personal appeal from longtime music industry insider Bill Dugan, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2012; and Maria C. Carrillo, Ph.D., the Chief Science Officer at the Alzheimer’s Association, who discussed the global landscape of research investigations and funding opportunities.

MIAMI CITY BALLET ANNUAL GALA INSPIRED BY WYNWOODFeatures Exclusive Video Art Installation With MCB Dancers
Highlighting the Art of Wynwood Walls Gala Chairs Ana Robert Barlick
Grand Honorary Chairs R. Kirk Landon and Pamela Garrison
Miami City Ballet presented its 2015 Gala with a fusion of art, dance and music at Wynwood’s Soho Studios. Inspired by the historic collaboration between famed choreographer Justin Peck and street artist Shepard Fairey, each moved by the art of Wynwood Walls in the creation of this season’s original Heatscape piece, the event was chaired by Ana and Robert Barlick.
Chairs Ana and Robert Barlick gave inspiring remarks about the future of Miami City Ballet, and between bites of the sumptuous dinner and dessert catered by Le Basque, Gala attendees saluted Grand Honorary Chairs, R. Kirk Landon & Pamela Garrison, and heard from Chairman of the Board of Trustees Susan Kronick that Miami City Ballet has been invited to appear in New York at Lincoln Center, in Chicago, Paris, and Israel.
Another highlight of the evening was Artistic Director Lourdes Lopez’ surprise announcement of a brand new $1 million gift from Claudia and Steven Perles to support a major production in honor of the company’s 30th Anniversary Season in 2016. Principal dancers Jennifer Carlynn Kronenberg and Carlos Miguel Guerra led the guests to the dance floor to celebrate.
The Miami City Ballet Gala 2015 raised more than $1 million, with proceeds benefitting Miami City Ballet’s education and outreach initiatives in the local community, including scholarships and complimentary performance tickets for students in the Miami-Dade County school system.
