Software and workloads used in performance tests may have been optimized for performance only on Intel microprocessors. Performance tests, such as SYSmark and MobileMark, aremeasured using specific computer systems, components, software, operations and functions. Any change to any of those factors may cause the results to vary. You should consultother information and performance tests to assist you in fully evaluating your contemplated purchases, including the performance of that product when combined with otherproducts. Legal Notices and Disclaimers, cont.

Security features enabled by Intel AMT require an enabled chipset, network hardware and software and a corporate network connection. IntelAMT may not be available or certain capabilities may be limited over a host OS-based VPN or when connecting wirelessly, on battery power, sleeping, hibernating or powered off. Setup requires configuration and may require scripting with the management console or further integration into existingsecurity frameworks, and modifications or implementation of new business processes. For more information, seehttp://www.intel.com/technology/manage/iamt.

Hyper-Threading Technology requires a computer system with a processor supporting HT Technology and an HT Technology-enabled chipset, BIOSand operating system. Performance will vary depending on the specific hardware and software you use. For more information including details onwhich processors support HT Technology, see here

Intel Anti-Theft Technology (Intel AT). No computer system can provide absolute security under all conditions. Intel AT requires the computer

system to have an Intel AT-enabled chipset, BIOS, firmware release, software and an Intel AT-capable service provider/ISV application and servicesubscription. The detection (triggers), response (actions), and recovery mechanisms only work after the Intel AT functionality has been activatedand configured. Certain functionality may not be offered by some ISVs or service providers and may not be available in all countries. Intel assumes noliability for lost or stolen data and/or systems or any other damages resulting thereof.

Intel Turbo Boost Technology requires a PC with a processor with Intel Turbo Boost Technology capability. Intel Turbo Boost Technologyperformance varies depending on hardware, software and overall system configuration. Check with your PC manufacturer on whether your systemdelivers Intel Turbo Boost Technology. For more information, see http://www.intel.com/technology/turboboost

Intel Identity Protection Technology. No computer system can provide absolute security. Requires an Intel Identity Protection Technology-enabledsystem, including an enabled Intel processor, enabled chipset, firmware, software, and Intel integrated graphics (in some cases) and participatingwebsite/service. Intel assumes no liability for lost or stolen data and/or systems or any resulting damages. For more information, visithttp://ipt.intel.com/. Consult your system manufacturer and/or software vendor for more information.

Intel Rapid Start Technology. Requires a 4th generation Intel Core processor, enabled chipset, Intel Rapid Storage Technology (Intel RST)software.

KVM Remote Control (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) is only available with Intel Core i5 vPro and Core i7 vPro processors with Intel ActiveManagement technology activated and configured and with integrated graphics active. Discrete graphics are not supported.

Intel Data Protection Technology includes the following features: Secure Key and Advanced Encryption Standard New Instructions {Intel AES-NI})No computer system can provide absolute security. Requires an enabled Intel processor and software optimized for use of the technology. Consultyour system manufacturer and/or software vendor for more information.

Risk FactorsThe above statements and any others in this document that refer to plans and expectations for the quarter, the year and the future are forward-looking statements

that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. Words such as anticipates, expects, intends, plans, believes, seeks, estimates, may, will, should and theirvariations identify forward-looking statements. Statements that refer to or are based on projections, uncertain events or assumptions also identify forward-lookingstatements. Many factors could affect Intels actual results, and variances from Intels current expectations regarding such factors could cause actual results to differ materiallyfrom those expressed in these forward-looking statements. Intel presently considers the following to be the important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially

from the companys expectations. Demand could be different from Intel's expectations due to factors including changes in business and economic conditions; customeracceptance of Intels and competitors products; supply constraints and other disruptions affecting customers; changes in customer order patterns including order cancellations;and changes in the level of inventory at customers. Uncertainty in global economic and financial conditions poses a risk that consumers and businesses may defer purchases inresponse to negative financial events, which could negatively affect product demand and other related matters. Intel operates in intensely competitive industries that arecharacterized by a high percentage of costs that are fixed or difficult to reduce in the short term and product demand that is h ighly variable and difficult to forecast. Revenueand the gross margin percentage are affected by the timing of Intel product introductions and the demand for and market acceptance of Intel's products; actions taken by Intel'scompetitors, including product offerings and introductions, marketing programs and pricing pressures and Intels response to such actions; and Intels ability to respond quickly totechnological developments and to incorporate new features into its products. The gross margin percentage could vary significantly from expectations based on capacityutilization; variations in inventory valuation, including variations related to the timing of qualifying products for sale; changes in revenue levels; segment product mix; the timingand execution of the manufacturing ramp and associated costs; start-up costs; excess or obsolete inventory; changes in unit costs; defects or disruptions in the supply ofmaterials or resources; product manufacturing quality/yields; and impairments of long-lived assets, including manufacturing, assembly/test and intangible assets. Intel's results

could be affected by adverse economic, social, political and physical/infrastructure conditions in countries where Intel, its customers or its suppliers operate, including militaryconflict and other security risks, natural disasters, infrastructure disruptions, health concerns and fluctuations in currency exchange rates. Expenses, particularly certainmarketing and compensation expenses, as well as restructuring and asset impairment charges, vary depending on the level of demand for Intel's products and the level ofrevenue and profits. Intels results could be affected by the timing of closing of acquisitions and divestitures. Intel's results could be affected by adverse effects associated withproduct defects and errata (deviations from published specifications), and by litigation or regulatory matters involving intellectual property, stockholder, consumer, antitrust, disclosure and other issues, such as the litigation and regulatory matters described in Intel's SEC reports. An unfavorable ruling could include monetary damages or an injunctionprohibiting Intel from manufacturing or selling one or more products, precluding particular business practices, impacting Intels ability to design its products, or requiring otherremedies such as compulsory licensing of intellectual property. A detailed discussion of these and other factors that could affect Intels results is included in Intels SEC filings, including the companys most recent reports on Form 10-Q, Form 10-K and earnings release.
